Death From Above Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 I am excited for that game. Either I get to watch the Washington Gong Show or I get to see a RIPPA meltdown. Hell, seeing both at once isn't out of the realm of possibility. 1
glfpunk Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 You're a Cowboys fan dude, if it wasn't for your division you'd be 2-9. And you'd still have billions of dollars invested in Tony Romo. Like the NFC North is anything to write home about. The Bears are a joke but I'm not sure if the joke is funnier with or without Cutler. And of course you have the team led by nobody Vikings and then the Lions with the dumbest coach in the league perhaps. At least they have Megatron but that's about it. The Packers are the only legit team in that division and that's with Aaron Rogers. And while Tony Romo was leading a last minute drive to win the game this week the Lions were coughing one up to the Buccaneers. If you want to argue you should come with a real argument. Not directly after a week in which your team lost to the Buccaneers who are led by a QB nobody had ever heard of, their third string RB, and a coach who has billboards stumping for him to be fired all over town. Also, who wrote that Manning shit? That is one of the worst pieces of sports garbage I've seen anyone quote on here.

Here's what happened when your journeymen no marks led by Captain Waterbrain played Detroit: Your only good player threw a complete shitfit after having his back broken and his ass fucked by the man he tried to claim he was as good as. The same guy who has never ever thrown a visible tantrum and tried to compare himself to an all time great. Because he isn't an insecure bitch. Get the fuck out of here dude, the Cowboys are a joke of a franchise these days.

RIPPA Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 God - I love this market sometimes Today's radio topic "Why do the Skins OL no longer pick RG3 up after a sack?" 1
Ryan Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 How much has the "Start Kirk Cousins to get to the Wild Card" talk ramped up?
odessasteps Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 Its time like that i thankfully no longer listen to 980
JRGoldman Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 That article is the hottest of hot takes. It's unreal.
Justin877 Posted November 27, 2013 Author Posted November 27, 2013 God - I love this market sometimes Today's radio topic "Why do the Skins OL no longer pick RG3 up after a sack?" Jay Mohr on Jay Mohr Sports was bringing that same topic up. I think Herm Edwards was leading the charge in investigative journalism.

JLSigman Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 Week 14 Panthers/Saints has been flexed into Sunday night.
Raziel Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 There's a sentence I never thought I'd read in my lifetime No offense Jen.

Four turnovers will do that to you... ...unless you play the Cowboys, in which case you still beat them because they're that bad.
RIPPA Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 Looking ahead - I am guessing that the Week 17 Sunday night game will be either the Cowboys vs. Eagles or Niners vs. Cards. I think it is more likely the Boys/Eagles will be for the NFC East than Niners/Cards for the 2nd WC but ya never know. Longer shots would be either Ravens/Bengals or Packers/Bears

Hell, seeing both at once isn't out of the realm of possibility. RG3: We got more gongs than the breakdancing robot that caught on fire.
Tabe Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 I've generally come around on Peyton but this line cracked me up: there's no classier family in football I'm pretty sure we could find at least one or two football families that haven't had to pay off a sexual harrassment victim that they badmouthed in a book. Just sayin'. 1
Burgundy LaRue Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 That article is the hottest of hot takes. It's unreal. If that's the one from Grantland, that's the point. It's supposed to be satire.
Newb82 Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 As I told RIPPA on FB, his shitty-ass Giants better win since I picked them on my parlay this week, but them losing to the 'Skins and his subsequent meltdown in this thread might be worth a different outcome. I'm cautiously optimistic about the Bills this week, but I can also see them making Matt Ryan look like it's 2012 again.
dogwelder Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 I'm fairly confident that the Giants will beat the Skins. What's there for the Skins to play for? Pride? If they were, they should have showed up Monday. Hell, I almost hope that RG3 gets pulled to shut up a Giants fan turned RG3 apologist whose podcasts I listen to.

Fat Spanish Waiter Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 You should be wanting them to lose, plenty of serviceable quarterbacks in the draft!
