  1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pIK0-cBlilM new 2k24 gameplay trailer. showcasing the added match types and reveals Muhammad Ali is in
  2. Umaga's final WWE match was billed as Samoan Strap Match, vs Punk at Extreme Rules 2009.
  3. Awesome show. Loved the all action opening going Kingston/BK to Bryan/Hechicero, both were epic. Glad to see Bryan Keith become ALL Elite, been an amazing couple months for him. Serena/Aminata was excellent. the Queen is on fire on every show. When the vignettes for Serena's return started, I definitely did not expect her to be coming back as a face but I love seeing it again. Huge fan of her previous face work. TWO women's matches, always love to see Vertvixen and another nice win for Red Velvet. Another fun trios main event ruled.

  5. I said last year that once Cody lost, I would no longer care about whenever 'beating Roman' did happen. And sure enough, Cody winning the Rumble this year didn't have quite the same feel to it as last year's (it sucked), and now the Rumble win is basically just thrown away anyways. Hilariously bizarre execution of whatever they were going for here.
  6. Pretty good show. Nemeth/Trey was quick solid opener. Liked seeing Nemeth's Superkick be a match ender again along with the Danger Zone. Myers/Knight was good, finish looked killer. Great feature on Jordynne Grace in the Rumble. I didn't think they'd air the tag with Trinity but that'll be next week. Nice main event to kick off the tag team best of 3 series.
  7. Mostly squashes in the first half until Bennett & Taven vs Fred Rosser & Tom Lawlor was pretty good. Slim J looked great against Ethan Page. Queen Aminata with another great showing against Reiza Clarke. Bad Dude Tito vs Gringo Loco was solid. Lexi is a highlight in the Dalton skits. Double main event of 4 ways. the women's one was way short, would've liked more as a fan of all 4. the men's 4 way was pretty good for all involved, nice win for BIG Shotty.
  8. I thought pretty much everything delivered tonight. Moxley/Hardy was solid, nice setup for CMLL vs AEW after. Hangman/Toa was pretty awesome, Toa looked fantastic in a singles outing and the finish was neat. Komander's phoenix splash on Wardlow looked killer. Jericho/Fletcher was good stuff. Deonna/Taya was shorter but good. Deonna's entrance/theme rules, star quality. Deonna using a different finish that looked cool. Plus Timeless on commentary was extra good. Loved Swerve/RVD, total ECW TV main event vibes. Almost thought RVD had a shot if Hangman got involved after the Hook/Cage interference. Thought RVD took all of Swerve's stuff really well and looked great altogether. Definitely here for more RVD in AEW whenever we can get it.
  9. That hasn't happened yet as a regular 2 on 2. Edwards & Myers just recently started teaming. MCMG had previously faced Eddie & Trey Miguel and Eddie & Kenny King in the past year, while Myers & Moose wrestled Shelley & Kushida last summer. Definitely a match that should be upcoming though at some point I would think.
  10. Only when he first came in, Khali squashed him in 2 mins early on the first season of NXT.
  11. Lil J Boogie suddenly being with the Brat Pack was not the direction I saw things going based off last week's backstage segment, but she ended up fitting in quite well in the solid trios opener. Gambino vs Goldie was really good after not expecting much from what was seemingly a heel vs heel match but both came off great. 7 match win streak for Adriana. Fury put up a solid fight against Chainsaw, thought they matched up well. I had forgotten that we never saw Foxxy Fierce ever again after being launched through the wall. That didn't feel like so long ago but I wonder if she comes back or not. Main event was a very good grudge match. the Levi saga always makes it all the more entertaining. Gotta love the we're outta time finish as Amber has Santana trapped in the back.
  12. how I felt about the womens' rumble. have found bayley horribly overrated since day one and it's only gotten worse. Wanted to get excited for Jade, Liv, or someone but the show ended up feeling as boring as possible despite some solid hype going in.
  13. Serena Deeb bringing the FIRE! Love to see it, one of my all time favs. Great match and promo. Robyn Renegade's also been shining in all of her outings lately, so this all ruled. Opening tag was fun. Bryan/Nagata was as awesome as would be expected. Really enjoyed the main event. Thought all the story beats were really well executed and the escapes all made sense. Particularly dug Brody tackling Dax out the door. Loved Mark Briscoe not just disappearing but coming back around to be a major part of the finish. Star quality ending for Garcia. Great stuff.
  14. He was in TNA from 03-04. Mostly did backstage interviews but did fill in for Tenay on at least one of the weekly PPV era. He made a one off return for Slammiversary in 2022.
  15. Another fun solid show. Jordynne/Trinity was good as Trinity is on her way out. Nic Nemeth looked good in his debut match with Wentz. I dug MK Ultra's double team powerbomb finish. Awesome main event and cool to see Okada back in TNA for one night. Nice Okada/Moose exchanges. Laughed at the bleeped "Fuck the System" chants. I'm not a Mustafa Ali fan, but it's another buzz pickup for TNA to bring in.
  16. Over 2 hours of Honor this week! Bunch of squashes to start. Good to see Zak Knight becoming a ROH regular, then Karter & Griff vs. Serpentico/Angelico turns in a surprisingly 10+ minute solid fun tag match and they steal Serpentico's mask This week's women's trios tag was good stuff. Great to have Leila Grey back in the mix. Kiera/Adora/Frost make another fun face trio. Good win for Big Shotty & The Infantry over Iron Savages. Always great to see Red Velvet even if just a couple minute squash, same for Billie Starkz this week. More amusing backstage skits with Nyla and then the Johnny TV/Dalton saga. Abadon rules. Poor Robyn Renegade had to be their first ROH victim but thought both looked great in the short match. Fun 4 way with Romero/JD Drake/Slim J/Josh Woods and the tag team eliminator main event.
  17. 3 days away and there's 11 men's entrants announced (Lashley being the one Smackdown guy) and only 6 for the women. I like the potential unpredictability for once and am holding out hope for a surprise win in the women's at least as Becky eliminating Nia to win almost seems too obvious.
  18. Copeland/Suzuki was awesome. Solid matches all around. Collision looks stacked with fun stuff, looking forward to Serena's return plus Danielson/Nagata and the trios cage match.
  19. UFC signed Kayla Harrison, to face Holly Holm at 300
  20. Just in case you need the rest of it: Copeland vs. Suzuki Swerve vs. Jeff Hardy Pentagon vs. Hangman The Acclaimed & Billy vs. Mogul Embassy for the trios titles Wardlow vs. Trent Thunder Rosa vs. Red Velvet + Deonna & Toni face to face interview + we hear from Sting & Darby
  21. Opening trios match was great. Stephy Slays & The Mighty Mights is the perfect underdog babyface team while Exile is an awesome heel unit. I don't like the forced dissension in Exile, but Genesis has been fantastic in her role here. Kandi vs Penelope was good stuff. Like seeing Krush in the mix with the former champ. Great post-match promo from Penelope. Beast vs Tormenta was a fast paced brawl with an epic finish. Main event 4way tag was a blast, love the super heel win for Miami Sweet Heat.
  22. TNA is uploading the matches from this episode to youtube, including the Ospreay/Alexander main event in full: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvEYzSDjUdU Meltzer on the match says: "I knew this match was going to be great, but I didn't know it would be this great. Don't think we've ever opened a year with so many incredible matches, but of all of them, this one stood out"
  23. Aminata is on fire, loved her matches on ROH, Rampage, and Collision this week. She's hit the cycle in 2024 with all 3 shows plus Dynamite first. Wish she won on Rampage to build up a little to this. Thought Thunder looked good in her first singles match back. Mox/Taylor was good stuff. The Cope Open rules and Copeland/Suzuki will be awesome. FTR/Garcia vs House of Black in mini-war games sounds epic! Bang Bang Scissor Gang! Fun main event, sounds like Bryan coming after the Continental Championship, more Bryan/Kingston is always good.
