Is it just me, or have WWE actually gotten the bug guy push to be accepted with Braun Strowman? I've been hearing though that WWE thinks Baron Corbin has a much better upside, or so WOR says. Braun though should be a main eventer. As someone said, the real main event for next year's WrestleMania should be Roman vs. Braun. The crowd alone for that match would make it worthwhile.

The Destroyer basically was the start of gaijin being accepted as faces, and the Funks completely destroyed the concept in the late 70s. Hansen was also a gaijin that got cheered, but the Funks were super over as faces in the late 70s and early 80s. It might have tapered off a bit when Terry had his first retirement though.

I think they hold up the fall cards for the Friday shows as well. They give off the vibe of they really don't want to be there.
