  1. Man, I forgot all about that shit. If the CMLL stuff pretty much just dies with that and the Blue Panther tag + singles, that sucks. Tony could have had a whole booking plan laid to waste. "Curses! Foiled again!"

But if you think about it, Hechicero did seem to have his number in that match, and did attack him after. SEEDS~!

  2. Man we are really sleeping on Dragon vs. Hechicero, that's something that would slide easy onto a Schneider comp. If Hechicero would have kept coming out and jumping Dragon then running off before BCC would get to him, the crowd would have totally bought the feud. Dragon's Kryptonite.

Honestly if he clowned on the whole idea of the fake belt and threw it in the trash, I would mark out like crazy.

You know if he did that he would just introduce the NUUUUUUUW Jericho Championship Wrestling belt. And then hopefully the Juggalos could sue!

  4. Man she must've been stripping before she was 18. That's rough. She was a single child from a single mom too. She had to have grew up hard, and they didn't talk about that. Guess it wasn't necessary.

And if she was pilled up at the ceremony and made some people uncomfortable, especially management, they deserved it. It's what they started, what they failed to help, and they should take the credit.

  5. This is one that I don't think I can watch again. It's just too heartbreaking. I can't believe how beautiful was, and how talented, because I haven't seen much really, so to have it end like that...

And fuck Eric Bischoff forever. All the money in the world. No rehab, no surgery, no nothing. Right out on her ass. Fuuuuuuck YOU.

  6. Black Heart Turns Blue vol. 1 - Jerry A. Lang

Man. This is the singer of Poison Idea's autobiography and it's a rough one. It's the first of three so obviously he's starting with his childhood, and it is some of the most abusive shit imaginable. Him turning into any kind of decent person after is crazy. Still, his life stayed a spiral of violence and legendary drug abuse. He's a solid dude though, in comparison to reading Jack from TSOL, another '80s hardcore singer's book who was a brutal sociopath that finally changed. THAT was legit the scariest and most disturbing autobio I've ever read and is way more "that guy deserves to be dead" instead of "that guy should be dead". Vol 2 on the way.

Also reading Shock Value by John Waters 😁 Happy birthday, Master!

And I bought Ultimate Punisher 2. It's the original volume of comics after the miniseries. The Punisher is misrepresented as this Batman/Rambo combination. He's not. He's Dexter Morgan with an arsenal. And he's always smiling.

  7. Copied from some page that showed up in my feed on Facebook that I don't even subscribe to, so, ya know, grains of salt and all. Somebody else verify.

Yota Tsuji criticized AEW's decision to have Powerhouse Will Hobbs challenge Jon Moxley for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship. Tsuji made some pretty valid points.

"Where was the value of the IWGP? If Moxley has agreed to be the champion, then he certainly has the right to fight for the title. The problem is that New Japan Pro-Wrestling didn't say anything about it. What is that feeling? I wonder if they don't feel any discomfort with that. I feel nothing but disgust and displeasure.

"[Hobbs] may be a great fighter, but it's strange that a fighter who has no connection to New Japan and has never been to New Japan is suddenly challenging for the top belt, even if he doesn't win the [New Japan Cup]. I wonder if he has a visa. Even if he were to win the belt, would he be able to come to Fukuoka? I wonder how long they'll continue to be beholden to AEW, which has no respect for the IWGP. We are lowering the value of the pinnacle by ourselves, and I think we have to break out of this situation."

  8. As Peck said in the main thread and my dumb ass posted in the wrong thread, the FTC just banned non-competes with that nullifying all prior ones. The US Chamber of Commerce is gonna sue though for a reason someone will have to explain to me (probably just your typical deregulation bullshit) so there'll be a fight.

Anyway that has better placement on this thread than the main one.
