I loved this episode. Every week seems to feel more and more chaotic. I think they've got a great mix of promos and wrestling on the show now, it still moves at a fast pace, and the wrestling is rarely bad. Top to bottom on the card there are people I'm into, that other people might not be, and I think that's great for the show. I like Kenny's character, and I can't wait for the match next week. I'd like Kenny to win the title, maybe Mox gets laid out again after by the mystery assailant, and he can go and do Japan, maybe take a little break after. Ricky Starks is absolutely terrific, I'm buying into Team Taz slowly but surely. I think Hobbs can use some seasoning as a badass heel before turning some time down the line, and this should be a great combo. I like the Dark Order, I love Hangman, I think they should get together. Uno would never abandon Page like the Bucks and Kenny did. Also, a year or so ago, I'd say who the fuck is John Silver? But now? I wanna buy his merch. I need a Meat Man t-shirt. The Midnight Meat Train, Johnny Hungie, I'm all in!

Just a note, don’t know if anybody’s said this before, but if you pre-order on Stadia they’re throwing in a chromecast ultra and Stadia controller. And it’s still cheaper than it is on PS4.

AEW don’t do DQ’s, never mind in the main event. I think Allin was protected, because it was a total death move. Cage and Starks need some heat and some momentum before ultimately losing to Darby in the singles matches.

For what it’s worth, my missus usually isn’t a big fan of Brandi, but I was surprised to see her really enjoying Brandi going off on one. Jade has a great look (sorry Technico), and if she’s a big project of Cody’s and AEW I’m interested to see what they can do with her. I can’t say I’m excited at the prospect of seeing Shaq wrestle. Though I’d rather see him wrestle Cody than Big Show. That would’ve been horrendous.

Sad Hangman + Sad Hangman Music gets me right in the feels. I am fully invested in this character, to the point where when he eventually wins the world title I may legitimately get choked up, like when the Terminator puts his thumb up as he's lowered into the pit. And all this is from a backstage comedy skit show the guys put on for shits n gigs. Incredible, really. Oh, and hats off to Page because this guy can fucking act.

I think if that’s the case he may as well be made to sit in the back when the women fight, if he can’t even mention someone’s physical appearance. when he says something out of line, by all means jump on him. But I don’t see why you’d bring this up.

JR says some things that annoy me from time to time, but what’s the issue with saying someone’s been on the squat rack? It’s a physical “sport”, people have different statures, different shapes. Could he say Wardlow can bench press double his body weight? Is that allowed?

My experience so far has been excellent. I’m learning about Android as I go, because I’m a noob there for sure. But the idea, and reality, of taking No Mercy or VPW2 on the go is an absolute dream.

Other than playing a little of fire pro on the GBA, I was a bit of a noob when I started playing World on PS4. The key to to it all is timing your button presses on the grapples. Like the VPW/Revenge/WM2000/No Mercy grapples, press the right button and direction to do different moves. Unlike those N64 games though, it has to be pressed at the right moment or you'll lose the grapple. Once you get that down its loads of fun.

That was terrific TV. The main absolutely ruled. Not much to be said that hasn't already been said, but I just want Coach Tony to know I dug it. It's Natural Born Killers, right? Gotta be.

I can't handle watching Sonny do that splits leg drop. He winces every time, and I worry about his knee popping out. Abadon is another.

I think the Hardy match should've been stopped, and the stipulation worked out after. Matt looked fucked. However, the reaction here is a bit over the top, in my opinion. Of all the crazy things we've seen in wrestling, a guy being knocked out and continuing isn't all that nuts. Sydal eating shit on that SSP was unfortunate, it really killed his entrance. Darby taking that bump in a bodybag isn't my idea of a saturday night, but he's a madman and he probably does it for funsies in his spare time. I thought the women's title match was really good, and hopefully Thunder Rosa gets another shot down the line. They went hard, and they delivered.
