I am at the level of fitness where I look kinda muscular in person and kinda like a dumpy middle-aged guy in pictures.

It’s a quality month all around.

Yeah, she made off like an absolute bandit. She knew to choose Blu-ray, too. Most of the actors either grab DVDs or seemingly dont know the difference.

No “one weird trick,” or anything. Just a bunch of adjustments. I’d been told in high school to look up instead of down at the floor, which was a mistake (at least for me) it took me until recently to correct. The other way was putting a ton of pressure on my neck. Otherwise, I had to move my hands down, because I was hitting shoulders almost as much as my chest, and raise my hips like an inch.

I am 43 and may have just figured out how to do pushups properly. Please clap.

CEMETERY MAN is terrific. When watching the Severin UHD, I was scanning the IMDB trivia, and came across this: In 2009, the horror website, A Shot in the Head, chose Anna Falchi's boobs from her nude scenes in this film as #1 on their list of the "Top Ten Boobs in Horror Movies". You know what? They’re not wrong.

Another thing about the Bagwell episode: it was nice to see someone whose life was completely fucked up *before* wrestling, for a change.

Thanks! Though I’ll never be able to afford 95-lbs weights, so maybe I’m just out of luck. I just have dumbbells at home (and a stationary bike).

My back seems disproportionately undeveloped compared to everything else, yet I target it just as often as everything else. Any suggestions? I’m just using free weights at home.
