  1. It should be noted though that Edge and Angle held the WCW US Heavyweight and not the revamped WWE version.
  2. Austin is not representative of the rest of the state. No we don't.
  3. New Day turn coming? There were some subtle hints there...
  4. Re: The Houston Wrestling Book I once ran across an actual physical copy in a local Half Price Books a few years ago. It was in the expensive locked glass case. I remembered looking through it and just being amazed at the photos contained inside, it's a great piece of Houston history, not just wrestling history. It was $350 dollars. Needless to say, I didn't get it and thought I'd never seen the contents inside again. So thanks much for posting the gallery of that.
  5. Or Director Of Operations Brock.
  6. So are they actually going to pull the trigger on a Barrett/Sheamus team? During Sheamus' turn on Raw I was all like "NOW THEY CAN BE A TEAM" and its starting to look that way....hopefully.
  7. Re: The New Day You know who would have been a great member for them? This guy:
  8. I got it via Oyster and I'm digging it a lot. If you liked his NWA book you'll like this one too... just get ready to be very confused by the various title lineages. I finished it the other day, quite good, but I feel there needs to be a disclaimer for others if you're interested in reading it: If you wanting to hear about Vince's purchase of the company and it's rise to power, skip it. The book barely touches on the ending days of Vince Sr.'s time before Vince Jr. buys it. If you're wanting to know about NWA and WWWF/WWF history going back to the turn of the century up until the early 1970's, by all means get this book. I knew it was going to focus more on that time period, but I didn't realize it was going to be that bottom heavy (90% pre-1975, 10% post-1975)
  9. The best part was when JBL pointed out people in Iowa are slow.
  10. Couldn't disagree with you more, it's the most entertaining angle on the show at this point.
  11. He did work for Tajiri in his SMASH and WNC promotions a few years back. That looks like a bootleg jacket.
  12. See, I never realized that Zubaz were actually a wrestling thing. I just thought they were so awful that no one but a wrestler would wear them.
  13. This is the same company that bills Kofi Kingston from "Ghana, West Africa." And Gail Kim was "from Korea." He resides in Moscow.
  14. It's funny because everything is taken out of context!
  15. If they didn't let Cesaro do it, they shouldn't let Rusev.
