You can do some before and some after. Stat/Shafir could have been before, the stuff for Rampage you set up on Dynamite can be after. This was probably the weakest Collision so far, and it was still very, very good. I really wish we could get some of the Dynamite folks, especially Hangman, on a Collision-styled show. The Dynamite-style is kinda wearing out my welcome with me some, even though I like a lot of the folks on Dynamite.

I wonder what Kenny/Bucks would do post-AEW if they left. My guess is they'd do NJPW and run their own promotion out west.

BCC vs Don Callis Family, and probably being sucked into the Jericho vortex is likely now. Bryan Danielson wrestling and stretching Care Bears in an ironman match would be some quality TV. I really do enjoy Elite match stories, even if I don't like all the shenanigans. I'd love to see Omega and Hangman on a Collision-styled show.

Nick's being put in a better spot than Action Andretti. Losing to Swerve, esp in that way, is not a black mark. He's mostly being used to further Darby/Swerve. MJF getting the crowd to pop for basic wrestling stuff was awesome. I still think Jay > MJF for best heel in wrestling, but it's a lot closer than I thought it was a year ago, and MJF has the chops to get to Jay's in-ring level. Two very different types of heel. Is it just me or does Hook throw really good body punches? They look a lot more vicious than they should for a guy as small as Hook. Definitely helps with his aura and makes him come off vicious. Hook's got a good foundation, just needs to build on it.

That tag match might be AEW's TV MOTY. This was definitely AEW's best TV show this year so far.

Given that there was a shoot injury, the finish makes sense. I suspect the seizure spot was an audible by Bryan so they could figure it out after the injury- stupid but forgivable given circumstances.

Storyine wise Jay is banned from NJPW due to Eddie Kingston. I think they missed an opportunity of having jay use Forbidden door to go after SANADA, but they prob don't want Jay taking losses right now. Jay definitely put folks over like a champ on his way out, I doubt there's heat. They might also be trying to avoid confusion between BC Gold and wish.com BC that NJPW has right now with Finlay.

Really good Evil Uno vs Desperado match on mysterywrestling with Mrs.Uno and Nyla commentating, prob best AEW vs NJPW match of the night.

Juice needs to mix some of his early NJPW stuff into his AEW stuff. That's what is missing. Peak Juice was 2018. I really think Punk-Jay could elevate Jay, esp if Jay takes the sham title from Punk.

I think Joe and BC Gold aren't going to work well together, leading to BCG vs CMFTR and Joe.

Kingston may be fat, but he looks like a tough guy with enough technical know-how and viciousness that it doesn't hurt him. Adam Cole just has an indy look and the god-awful Panama Sunrise. I dislike him less than I dislike Britt on the show (AC seems like a good person though)

Jay White/Starks was great- and those two could easily go 30 and have it be even better.

You're assuming Punk wants what's best for AEW. I suspect Punk would refuse to do it. Hangman was hurt a good bit by that loss, to the point the long Mox feud was necessary rehabilitation.

They should only be paired up if Punk puts over Hangman clean and convincing. That almost certainly won't happen.

Jay White beating OC after beating Starks would legitimize him pretty easily in AEW as a main event level player. Also being from New Zealand just about every matchup possible is international.
