Speaking of T-bar Row, when we first equipped the gym at work, one of the first things we decided to order after bench and a squat rack was indeed T-bar row (do you call it a machine or a rack, or whatever?) thingy. I thought it was essential to have one, we got it for a good price, too. One would think that such an easy design would be hard to fuck up, but the one we got is the absolute shit worst one ever I've tried, ergonomy-wise. So, we were able to improvise a bit and use it for seated calf raises, but otherwise it has been used way less than it should. It's just that the lifting position is so messed up that getting a full or even good range of motion with it is really hard with any sort of real weight. It's a shame, since I do think it's very important to have the option of T-bar rows in your gym.

Aoife got lucky escaping a potential knee injury, I mean at least she was able to walk and stand on her own after the match. All three matches were good, main event was quite the battle! I do like the "punch an already unconscious opponent in the face until the ref stops it" as a finish. I think we have a new #1 contender here.

I may have to try and look into this Fite thingy sometime soon.

In the short time they have been around, AEW is starting to have so much good stuff all ready available that some sort of On Demand for their back cataloque should be feasible pretty soon. Is it possible to view their older PPV's and Dynamite episodes from any of the current services? It's getting to a point where I'd definitely be interested in shelling out the cash for the opportunity to watch them.

Yeah, I did recall there being several 5* matches in the last few years, but this is the first time I've seen anything given a quarter of a star on top of that in NXT. Not just reserved for New Japan main events of a few years back, then?

I liked all three of them to a varying degree, actually. Conway the most, then Dupree, then Grenier. Sylvain at least had a couple of decent matches with Tatanka on tv, if nothing else.
