Listening to the 'Between The Sheets' podcast, they mention that Flair had a 'facsimilie'/knockoff belt that he used for a few WWF shows before just using a tag title belt, anyone got any good photos of that?

So I noticed that 'Who's Next with Goldberg' seems to have vanished from Podcastone. I never listened to it, I thought his choice of guests were pretty average, plus his whole demeanour seemed weirdly antagonistic towards wrestling, but was there a reason for it to be taken down? Low downloads/ratings?

I tried listening to various podcasts from Taz over the last few months. Seems to have gone like this: Early ones were badly produced (recorded on Skype or a laptop microphone) and had callers. The 'Human Podcast Machine' was a bit better and could have been a 'Podcast One' type thing, Most recent one I've heard (Fastlane analysis) sounds like morning radio complete with a nameless/faceless producer dropping soundbytes.

Hearing his claims about being the 'Mexican Hulk Hogan' got me curious to watch some stuff, specifically the 'retirement' match with Cien Caras (Jake Roberts and his gnarly denim ensemble interfere and cost Konnan the match) and I'll be damned if he doesn't check off the HH boxes: Limited in the ring. CRAZY connection with the crowd. Good Physique.

Jericho *seems* to have toned back more on the characters/skits aspect of the podcast, which is refreshing. His time/ad cues are pretty smooth too.

Thanks! I thought so as they only did 2 matches and looks like they had the logo of a TV show or something on their gear. They hit some ok moves (for non lucha guys) and were over as hell by the sounds of it.

Hi folks, question for a lucha casual/newbie here: While dipping my toes into more lucha stuff, I cam across a video called 'Luchas Dramaticas'. I think its produced by AAA and shows a bunch of bad injuries (perhaps in the spirit of "wrestling is hard, don't try this at home"?), one of the clips featured Abismo Negro hitting the tombstone/Martinete on a member of the Brenan twins team in a cage - cue shots of ladies in the stands in shock and crying etc. What was the deal with those guys, were they actors brought in for a limited deal to get Abismo Negro over as a cold hearted killer? I can't seem to find much/any info on them apart from the cage match and one other match. Thanks! Really not liking Flair calling in by phone. I realize that, perhaps, sometimes he can't always make it but it sounds terrible and quite frankly bush league. The Flair/Russo one with both on the phone (or skype) sounded very poor.
