Similarly, I'm not a fan of the technocratic stance on things wherein people "deserve" bad things that happen to them because they don't fully understand the technology they're using. Ok, maybe Grandma with her AOL account she's had since 1998 isn't a particularly knowledgeable user, but she still doesn't deserve to have her savings ransacked just because she fell for a 419 scam.
At the same time, a conversation about being as safe as possible online (do we still use that word?) isn't unreasonable.
"Here's some things you can do to protect yourself" isn't unreasonable.
"You didn't do those things? Sucks to be you" is dick.

This Michael Sam thing could be disastrous (assuming it actually happens). If Raw needs a guest star, give Lawler a shovel and have him dig up Frank Gorshin.

I will never understand the problem with talking about low-cost risk mitigation.
Yes, the criminals are responsible for their actions. But life is unfair. You're not a bad person for suggesting people do things safely. "Victim blaming" is thrown around way too liberally.

I think it was Deadspin who reported that a 15-year old kid may have been one of the hackers. I don't even know where to begin if that's true..
The inclusion of minors is really going to give the deep internet nude-trading Illuminati a bad name.

Who is the top babyface after Neville and Zayn go? Enzo?
Steen, Devitt, and KENTA could all be thrust into the spot immediately based on the hype they'll be riding in with. I don't think they see Enzo as a top-ish guy right now.
My plan is to get up to date, then catch the Supershows and all the Cesaro/Zayn stuff before Takeover 2.
Throw Zayn vs Neville, Regal vs Ohno, and Regal vs Cesaro on your must-watch list. They represent high-water marks for NXT.

The Raw ratings during his main event run in 2012 were terrible (maybe attributed to the NFL) and the worst of 2012 by far.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but fall generally coincides with a drop in ratings before they pick back up around Mania season. No?
If I'm not wrong, then just butter my ass an call me Tiffany.

The idea of Cody realizing the main-event potential the Bizarre One had back in the mid '90s makes my bollocks tingle. Taking away the disfigured gimmick that Rhodes had in 2011 was, IMO, a huge mistake. This could (should?) be what finally takes him to the top.

Ryback's matches with Cena were 6 months and a heel turn later than the matches with Punk. Both helped, as he was more experienced in WWE main-event matches, and working heel let him highlight his advantages, (power, hurty-looking offense,) and de-emphasize his selling, which was a weakness at the time.
I didn't think his fall 2013 matches with Punk were anything to write home about either.
Punk-Ryback was a bust with me either way you cut the face/heel dynamic and with a year between the feuds.

Ryback was not very good ("horrendous" is overstating the matter) in the ring and on the mic when he was put up against Punk.
Aside from the TLC bout, I abhorred all of the Punk-Ryback matches. Yet I enjoyed Ryback's matches with Cena just enough to chalk the Punk stuff up to poor chemistry and call it an anomaly.

Goyer wrote Blade, Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. He's better than you and I.
MoS hurt me to the extent that I've attributed anything good in his other movies to people who aren't David Goyer. I think I'll need a while before the healing can begin.
