Jericho’s latest pod is with DVDVR favorite The Gambler

How he’s successfully developed Yuta is up there for Tony. From underneath guy to grade A shitbag and credible TV main event threat against the top guy. Well done unc.
You can also never go wrong with going off air while Tony exclaims that we’re desperately out of time!

Ok NXT Underground completely over delivered. That ruled.
Creeds are going to kill it on the main roster.

One of the best matches of all time, and one of the most underrated. Easily five stars or whatever

I agree with the sentiment that this is WCW Vs The World and I hope we get to see World Tour, Revenge and No Mercy over the next five years.

The IGN review (6/10) is really disappointing as it was clearly written by someone that doesn’t “get” the intention of the AKI nostalgia. I’m assuming they didn’t play the originals.
”it’s disappointing that you can’t visually see where you stand on damage”? GTF out of here.

Jungle Boy is now Christian, and Hook is now Jungle Boy. All the way down to Perry wearing the brown jacket
Fucking tremendous

Christian being right about Jungle Boy all along is the Bobby Heenan-est shit ever and god it’s glorious. Five stars.

Welcome, Non-Stick AEW
Big week!

LA Knight is the 98th percentile outcome Ken Kennedy. He’s the shit. Love that dude. YEAH
I don’t particularly want to see him be Roman, but a Theory program would be a ton of fun. Nothing wrong with super over midcard guys

Is a show’s theme song really a draw? I mean they can’t all be Duck Tales

Are there any other men out there that could and should join Bloodline? I see the recent developments as eventually refreshing the Bloodline unit and just giving Roman another challenger (Jey).
Jacob Fatu would be incredible. Not sure his status.
I could also see us getting some kind of tribal summit segment where Rikishi turns on his kids because he knows who pays the air bill

A good carny like JR should’ve known to keep that to himself and then, after Punk pulls a Hogan 96 tonight as I expect and JR is in the Mean Gene role, he can deck his ass. Post it tomorrow.

Jey Uso WOTY I’m dying on this hill
I been saying he’s this generation’s Arn for a few years now. Now I think he’s better than Arn.

I love it. Reminds me of when WM22 used “Big Time”. That ruled too.

I love that. Will give the show a unique announcing vibe. JR in the Tenay role works for me if they limit him to the sit down interviews and joining commentary occasionally for big storyline matches to put those over

I'm probably (definitely) biased due to the WCW influence, but I like this graphic suite a WHOLE LOT more than the ones currently used for Dynamite or Rampage. Their team did a really, really nice job here.
Needs robot factory sliding doors on the set and a 6:05 local start time (seriously, how did they not hit a homer on that soft ball?), but I completely agree.

Love me some John Cena but always thought he out-Kidman’d Kidman on this one. If he hits you with two shoulder blocks in a row, DON’T try to hit him with a haymaker!

My thoughts: I'm not a mod, or I'd propose the Dean~! rule (or for alliteration, the Rasmussen Rule.)
"No repeatedly yucking others yum". It's ok to say "The Bucks don't do anything for me, or "I don't find Adam Cole believable" in a thread, but there's no need for you to insert that opinion in every single thread (especially where we have multiple threads, like we do for AEW shows for example)
We are all here to celebrate the GREATEST FUCKING THING IN THE UNIVERSE (TM Dean Rasmussen)but let's realize while HOSS battles may excite some, others, they love the flippy lucha telenovela style. (just to give a couple style examples)
There seems to have, interestingly, developed some middle ground wherein Big Meaty Flippy Dudes is generally seen as not in favor.
This has me strongly resisting the urge to create The Omnibus Mike Awesome thread because that dude was the shit

That can only be determined by the DVDVR standard of “how big are their forearms?”
This checks out. Mark Henry has huge forearms.
Hard to get a read on Bunkhouse Buck’s forearms due to the long johns but I’m confident they’re massive.

Collision was just ridiculously good. Incredible tag match, I dug the Sky/Andretti JTTS match and the main was the traveling house show version of Joe/Punk and I mean that as a huge compliment. Dug all of this.
