  1. I suspect they’ll leave the Performance Center geared out for shows and will be running Raw, NXT and SD there for the foreseeable future until we are on the other side of this.
  2. I’d like to see an analysis of which move had the highest success rate: - Flair off the top rope - 10 count punches in the corner against Taker - Throwing a haymaker at John Cena after he’s hit you with two shoulder blocks
  3. Otis has Jim Duggan role upside and that’s a job opening house shows for life.
  4. Agree with a lot of that. Shayna cut a promo a few weeks back on Raw that was better and more believable than any promo Sasha has ever done. Shayna isn’t Brock, though. She’s more like Samoa Joe after he’s been heated up for a feud with the champ.
  5. Also Montez Ford continues to jump off the screen to me. He has that RVD-like spring to his aerial stuff and his character work is a ton of fun.
  6. End the show after the tag chamber match and it’s remembered as a bad ass show. Bryan/Gulak was my shit. They threw it WAY back - it reminded me of those black and white gifs that have been posted lately. And THAT suplex. More please.
  7. Disappointed in the face side and really the build in general. I know the match will rule but Mox and Darby pulling together a group of grimey dudes with a common enemy to bleed with the IC felt like the way to go (and with the match not pre-announced). Leaves the card open for a Mox defense though. If they really are making it a mini PPV they could throw something like Mox/PAC on there ending with Death Triangle fuckery.
  8. Heath was great in that doc. Strikes me as the kind of guy that can have a job in the office for as long as he wants one after he hangs em up
  9. Without judging the appropriateness of the response, just extrapolating the rate of events being canceled, rate of spread of the virus and timeline of the show, isn’t it very likely that WM is canceled at this point?
  10. What if they made the whole Broken Hardy universe kind of exclusive to Dark? That way you can play all the Hardy compound pretaped shit without boring the live crowd on Dynamite, plus it gives Dark a sense of identity as well as give Hardy the freedom to do his thing.
  11. Brock episode of Ruthless Aggression was the weakest so far, for a few reasons. No Brock commentary (obviously), they skipped a lot of interesting stuff, and they didn’t address the obvious question of if UFC was in 2001 where it is now would he have ever been a pro wrestler in the first place. I mean I get it because the answer is likely obvious and not favorable to WWE, but that has to be a part of the story. They also didn’t mention that Brock and Goldberg had a classic at WM 15 years after the MSG match, during that segment. Not sure how you don’t bring that up.
  12. If Darby is legit hurt and out for a while, on one hand that would be awful timing given the rocket ship he’s riding in right now. On the other, something like a multi month absence only to return and finally get the huge win / comeuppance on Jericho in e.g. a cage could be the fuse to shoot him into Guy territory.
  13. He’s surely 100% face moving forward now, right? They have to ride this. Let the Bucks turn heel with Kenny conflicted, until he ultimately does the “Arn on Kevin Sullivan at the Bash” bit to support Hangman and blow the roof off.
  14. With Hager and Wardlow already there as bigger heels, one of Lee or Archer (I pick Lee) should come in as a face as they only have Luchasaurus on that side (unless you count Dustin I guess). I’d roll with something like Jurassic Express rounds out the face team at B&G, heels take out Stunt before the match, Lee is the surprise replacement as the fifth face entrant. Newark would melt to the ground.
  15. Awesome show even with a lot of their top guys not wrestling. Loved the "I leave for 60 days" swerve. Fans all chanted Fozzy sucks thinking they were hip to what was going on, then Jericho flipping them off at the end of the show. Wonder if Vince will have something to say about Jericho using the phrase "lunatic fringe". I also thought this started the build to Blood and Guts well. Whether they want them or not, Mox and Darby need allies.
  16. I could definitely see a series of escalating debuts in the same segment wherein each is teased and ultimately denies being the Exalted One. Starting with Archer, then Lee, then Hardy Then the final reveal of Dario Cueto then Meng
  17. Yeah the Exalted One would have to be, I don’t know, Charlie Haas in order to not top that thing being a giant spider the whole time as a reveal.
  18. That IED is a real bitch. I know we are in a new era but man that gets the Owen voice? Dude punted Linda a few years ago and Beth’s been in how many Rumbles?
  19. Southeast North Carolina you say? The Exalted One is clearly Tatanka. It makes perfect sense that he would parlay that million dollar corporation money into a pyramid scheme. And ain’t no one buying Advocare these days. EDIT: Shit thinking this through they should go all in on the pyramid scheme and have Evil Uno do Facebook Live videos. ”HEY Y’ALL...I got some unbelievable stuff to sho....Hey Stu!I see you, thanks for joinin’...”
  20. What was the last “organic” HIAC? Taker/HHH?
  21. Bray’s original theme at WM30 was pretty legit.
  22. Between the neck tat and the abhorrent nu metal theme song there’s something very Ricky Bobby about Cody’s ability to have wealth and fame but keep it real.
  23. By the way if you didn’t catch it at the very end, S3 takes place in 1994. Which has potential. Need Gary Michael Capetta on the PA.
  24. One small suggestion on the presentation of Allin to get him even closer to that next level, is let the dude’s theme play through until the chorus before Roberts does the intro. Song is singalong as shit with the drumline and simple lyrics, let the crowd get into it. Hard to do with while the intro is going on. Everything about Cassidy’s intro/presentation was great, though.
  25. Speaking of ring posts, OC’s post bump was one of the best I’ve ever seen. I (and JR) thought that dude was dead.
