Been reading comics for right at 36 years now. Started off just grabbing stuff at the grocery or drug store.By the time I was 5 I had subscriptions to 10 or so titles from Marvel. It wasn't until I was about 12 that I found a comic shop. It was right at 1 1/2 hours away. So I wasn't there often. Before the comic shop my local library had a comics trading box.I would hit yardsales and talk to friends. Getting all the old comics they didn't want and trading them for stuff. Once I was out of the service I moved to Texas and had 3 good shops near me. But once I moved back to MS my nearest shop is almost 2 hours away. So now I get all my trades and hardcovers from Instocktrades. Single issues I order from Mycomicshop, Or just wait and grab them at a con. Haven't went digital yet. Doubt I ever do.

When will everything Punk does stop being reported on. I personally am glad he left. His best WWE stuff was his short program with Hardcore Holly in ECW.

It feels like I am one of the few online wrestler fans that doesn't like the Young Bucks.

I like Bentley,but find his stuff to be not nearly as shocking and graphic as say Ed Lee or Wrath James White. Or hell even some of the Ketchum stuff or select stuff from Richard Laymon.

Yeah,I realized early on what kind of talent Harlan has. For years I just knew him as "That cranky older guy that is on Sci Fi Buzz every Sunday."

Been doing my normal watch and review a film each day this month, 01-Hell's Highway--Got this on one of those Echo Bridge "20 Horror films for $5" sets. Has a good premise,but shits the bed at the middle point. 02-Horror rises from the Tomb--Really fun Paul Naschy witchcraft film. 03-The Amityville Horror--Hadn't seen the original in decades. Plus just read the book earlier this summer. FUn film that had an even better sequel. 04-Children of the Corn 5 Fields of Terror--Horrible sequel. That has an early appearance of Eva Mendes. 05-Children of the Corn 2 The Final Sacrifice--The 3rd best of the CotC sequels. 06-Hollow Man--Decent time waster. 07-Flying Monkeys--Made for Syfy schlock. 08-Tales from the Crypt Demon Knight--I have always loved this film. 09-The Return of Skeleton Farm's Halloween Horrorshow--Every few years Skeleton Farm releases a mixtape. This one is Halloween themed. If you look around you will find full dvd images of this for download. 10-Amityville Horror 2 The Possession--Sleazy as hell. Paulie from Rocky beats his kids. Rob Zombie's Halloween 2 remake is better than the original. Kane Hodder sucked as Jason in the Friday the 13th films.

I rewatched Twins a few years back. Chuckled a few times but never had a good laugh. All I ask from a comedy or sitcom is 2 good laughs. If I don't get them the fllm/TV show has failed in my eyes.

What do you have against Running Man? Arnold is horrible in that film. I wish they had followed the novel closer.

My Soul To Take is by far the worst thing Wes Craven has been associated with and A Vampire In Brooklyn is a close second. I can forgive Cursed because, well, we need as many werewolf movies as we can get. Can't be any worse than Angela the fireworks woman.
