*The System open the show with a promo. Eddie says the System are one step closer to having all the gold while he still has his eyes on the world title. Cedric Alexander calls out Fabian Aichner for interrupting his moment last week. Fabian comes out and talks about being here to make a name for himself and declares himself a future TNA champion. Fabian ends up rushing the ring to clear out the System.

*Indi Hartwell def. Elayna Black (4:10) via DQ when Arianna Grace interfered from commentary and shoved Indi off the top rope. Afterwards, Arianna got the mic and blamed Santino Marella for her no longer being knockouts champion. Santino interrupted and ran down Arianna & Stacks on the mic. Santino pulled out the Cobra until Daria Rae interrupted to complain about Santino getting into it with talent. Daria said if Santino wants to fight Stacks, he must submit a formal request to the board and then ordered him out of the ring.

*Broken Matt Hardy def. Vincent (12:25) in a match where Jeff Hardy & Dutch were handcuffed to the ringposts with the Twist of Fate after the lights flash and Jeff transformed into his Willow character to take out Vincent with his umbrella.

*Mustafa Ali(c) (w/ Order 4) def. WWE ID Champ Chazz "Starboy" Hall (5:12) with a backslide to retain the International Championship in the open challenge.

*Xia Brookside def. Jada Stone (7:32) after Darkside.

*Mike Santana(c) def. Steve Maclin (17:37) after Spin the Block to retain the TNA Worlds Championship.

*Eric Young def. EC3 (13:37) in a No DQ match after a Piledriver off the apron through a table and then a second Piledriver onto a steel chair in the ring.

*Elayna Black cut a promo about coming for the knockouts championship which was interrupted by Ash by Elegance and then Indi Hartwell. Elayna left while Indi and Ash got into a brawl.

*The System (Bear Bronson & Brian Myers)(c) (w/ Cedric Alexander, Eddie Edwards, & Alisha Edwards) def. Nic Nemeth & KC Navarro to retain the tag team championships (6:38) when Bear pinned Navarro with the Bear Down after Alisha tripped KC from outside. Afterwards, Eddie got the mic and said the System were 1-0 so they wanted to start their next match now.

*Moose & Leon Slater def. The System (Eddie Edwards & Cedric Alexander w/ Alisha Edwards) (15:58) when Moose pinned Eddie with a jackknife rollup.

*Mike Santana came to the ring for a promo about choosing his next opponent, but Daria Rae interrupted and announced a #1 contendership battle royal for next week

*Lei Ying Lee def. Arianna Grace(c) (w/ Stacks Lorenzo) (13:42) after a diving neckbreaker to WIN back the knockouts championship. Xia Brookside was banned from the building.

*Mustafa Ali(c) (w/ Order 4) def. Adam Brooks (5:51) with the 450 splash to retain the International Championship in the open challenge.

*Allie, Rosemary, & Mara Sade' def. The Diamond Collective (Tessa Blanchard, Victoria Crawford, & Mila Moore) (8:37) when Allie pinned Mila after the Codebreaker

*Indi Hartwell came to the stage for a promo about being back from suspension. Indi said she had unfinished business with Arianna Grace so she was coming for her.

*Mr. Elegance (w/ The Elegance Brand) def. Home Town Man (6:56) with the Excuse-moi after a distraction from Ash by Elegance

*Leon Slater comes to the ring for a promo and says he will become the longest reigning X Division Champion of all time on May 15. Leon announces he will grant Cedric Alexander another title shot. Cedric comes out and says he deserves another shot and he will get it on the live Impact on May 14 in Sacramento. The System attack Slater from behind until Moose makes the save. Moose tries to spear Alisha but Eddie pulls her to safety. 

*Elijah def. Frankie Kazarian (16:35) in a Walk With Elijah Guitar Strap Match after smashing him with a guitar and touching all four turnbuckles.

TNA Thursday Night iMPACT - Airing April 23, 2026 from Syracuse, NY

*Nic Nemeth def. Bear Bronson (w/ Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, Cedric Alexander, & Alisha Edwards) (8:30) with the Danger Zone after KC Navarro prevented the System from interfering which distracted Bear. Ryan Nemeth did commentary.

-Backstage, Gia Miller interviewed Rich Swann about tonight's main event. Swann asked BDE to stay in the back and take notes so there would be no excuses or distractions.

*An Elijah Concert was promoted but it was Frankie Kazarian dressed as Elijah. the real Eljiah attacked Kazarian and then played a song, challenging Kazarian to a Walk With Elijah match.

*Dutch def. Matt Hardy (10:46) with Death Walks after Vincent interfered from underneath the ring. Afterwards, Dutch continued to attack until Jeff Hardy made the save, hitting Dutch with the Twist of Fate & Swanton.

*Lei Ying Lee cut a promo, asking why Xia Brookside betrayed her. Xia blamed Lei for costing her the title at Rebellion by showing her a video of her father before the match. They looked to reconcile, but Xia attacked Lei again. 

*Elayna Black def. Katie Arquette (2:30) after the Blackout.

*Mike Santana(c) def. Rich Swann (19:07) after Spin the Block to retain the TNA Worlds Championship. Afterwards they shake hands and Daria presents Santana with his title.

*KC Navarro def. AJ Francis (7:02) with a victory roll as Nic Nemeth distracted Francis from commentary. 

-Backstage, EC3 cuts a promo about planning to finish what he started in TNA.

*The System (Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, Bear Bronson, Cedric Alexander, & Alisha Edwards) come to the ring for a promo. Eddie says he should be world champion now but Moose cost him the opportunity. Alisha says they played everyone like a fool. Cedric complains about his loss to Leon Slater which brings Leon out. Leon talks about being on the verge of becoming the longest reigning X Division Champion of all time. Moose comes out and says Eddie lost at Rebellion because he's a little bitch. Moose runs down the System while Leon challenges for a tag team match. Daria Rae comes out and instead announces Moose & Leon Slater vs the entire System in a 4 on 2 match.

-Backstage, Elijah asks Daria for a rematch with Frankie Kazarian. Daria calls up Kazarian, who says no.

*Order 4 (Mustafa Ali, Jason Hotch, John Skyler, Agent 0, & Tasha Steelz) come to the ring for a promo. New International Champion Mustafa Ali announces an International title open challenge open to all roster members and indie talents starting next week.

*Jada Stone def. Tasha Steelz (13:40) with the Spark Stunner after Order 4 was ejected from ringside.

-Backstage, KC Navarro gets in to it with the System. Nic Nemeth defends KC and says he'll fight the System any time, any place.

*Mike Santana comes to the ring for a promo. Santana wants to give someone an opportunity, so Rich Swann comes out and says he'll fight Santana all night long. Santana calls out Daria Rae to make it official for next week.

-Lei Ying Lee vignette airs talking about Xia Brookside turning on her at Rebellion. Backstage, Xia is asked why she betrayed Lei, but she just walks away.

*EC3 vs. Eric Young goes to a no contest (2:39) after Young used an eye poke, causing EC3 to accidentally take out the referee. Afterwards, Young puts a steel chair around EC3's neck and runs him into the steel steps.

*In the Undead Realm, Tessa Blanchard demands Rosemary tell her how to get out and chokes her with a chain until Mara Sade' & Allie break it up. Tessa, Victoria Crawford, & Mila Moore end up leaving through a red portal that leads to them all coming out live from under the ring in smoke. Tessa, Crawford, & Mila brawl with Rosemary & Mara at ringside until Allie officially returns to even the odds.

-Backstage promo from the Hardys, setting up Dutch vs. Matt Hardy next week.

*Mustafa Ali (w/ Order 4) def. BDE (w/ Rich Swann) (5:10) after Dance with the Devil. Afterwards, Order 4 attack until Trey Miguel runs out for the save. Trey gets outnumbered until Jada Stone runs down and hits a top rope rana on Ali. 

*Jeff Hardy (w/ Matt Hardy) def. Brian Myers (w/ The System) (3:22) after the Swanton Bomb. Afterwards, the System attack until the Righteous make the save, fighting the System to the back and leaving Bear Bronson for his match..

*Moose (w/ Alisha Edwards) def. Bear Bronson (13:09) after the Spear while Moose's former Atlanta Falcons teammates held off the rest of the System from interfering.

*The Diamond Collective (Tessa Blanchard, Mila Moore, & Victoria Crawford) def. Harley Hudson, Myla Grace, & Jody Threat (6:20) when Tessa pinned Myla after the Buzzsaw DDT.

*Eric Young def. Brad Attitude (3:53) after the Piledriver

*Buff Bagwell came to the stage for a promo. He talked about his leg amputation and asked fans for forgiveness for his actions in the past 20 years. Buff says if the fans can get behind him, he'll walk down to the ring and wrestle for TNA one last time. Frankie Kazarian interrupts and runs down Buff until Elijah chases him off. Elijah then asks Buff to walk with Elijah.

*The System (Cedric Alexander & Eddie Edwards) (w/ Bear Bronson & Brian Myers) def. Mike Santana & Leon Slater (13:57) when Edwards pinned Santana with the Boston Knee Party after Steve Maclin interfered.

*Home Town Man def. Frankie Kazarian (6:26) with a small package. AJ Francis did commentary. Afterwards, Francis attacked Home Town Man until Elijah appeared and hit Francis with his guitar while Kazarian escaped.

*Mr. Elegance (w/ The Elegance Brand) def. "Action" Mike Jackson (4:26) after the Excuse Moi. Afterwards, the Elegance Brand attack until ODB makes the save with a steel chair and poured sauce on Mr. Elegance

*Arianna Grace & Dani Luna (w/ Stacks Lorenzo) def. Angel Warriors (Lei Ying Lee & Xia Brookside) (11:38) when Dani pinned Brookside with the Luna Landing.

*Leon Slater came to the stage for a promo on his feud with Eric Young.

*Moose (w/ Alisha Edwards) def. Brian Myers (w/ Eddie Edwards, Cedric Alexander, & Bear Bronson) (0:14) with the Spear as Santino Marella came out to eject the System as the match started.

*Elayna Black def. Jada Stone (4:03) with the Blackout after Tasha Steelz interfered. Mara Sade' did commentary. Afterwards, Elayna & Mara were separated by security. The rest of Order 4 joined Tasha at ringside to surrounded Jada unti Trey Miguel ran out for the save with a steel chair.

*The Hardys def. Sinner & Saint (Judas Icarus & Travis Williams) (5:14) when Jeff used Spinal Destination on Icarus. After the match, Jeff hit an additional Swanton on Williams but then the two teams shook hands and raised arms.

*Indi Hartwell def. Kelsey Heather (2:51) after Hurts Donut. Afterwards, Indi cut a promo, saying she came to TNA to become knockouts champion and called out Arianna Grace. Arianna said all the other knockouts say the same thing and said Indi wasn't on her level while Indi vowed to take the title from her.

*Trey Miguel, BDE, & Rich Swann def. Order 4 (Mustafa Ali, Jason Hotch, & John Skyler) (12:26) when Trey pinned Skyler with the Lightning Spiral. Afterwards, Trey & Ali faced off over the International Championship.

*Steve Maclin came to the ring for a promo and said as part of his reinstatement, he had to issue an apology to Tom Hannifan and the fans. Mike Santana watched from the crowd with a no contact policy in place. Maclin read a prepared statement, calling Daria Rae the greatest leader TNA has seen. Maclin told Hannifan he should've taken the punch like a man and that there's a reason he's a former world champion while Tom sits behind the desk. Maclin said he's the most talked about man in the company and he hasn't worked there in a month. Maclin says it's been a long time since he's been world champion because of backstage politics. Maclin told Santana that he saw an opportunity and took it. Maclin said at Sacrifice, Santana would see the man he let out and it would be mayhem for all.

*AJ Francis def. Elijah (6:26) with the Down Payment after interference from Frankie Kazarian. After the match, Kazarian & Francis double teamed Elijah until Home Town Man made the save.

*Ricky Sosa def. Brad Attitude (3:38) with the Blue Thunder Bang catching a springboard attempt.

*Moose (w/ Alisha Edwards) def. Cedric Alexander (16:38) in an Atlanta Street Fight after the Spear through a table.

*The Nemeth Brothers (Nic & Ryan Nemeth) def. Mike Santana & Leon Slater (11:31) when Nic pinned Leon after getting the knees up on the Swanton 450 while Eric Young came out to distract Santana. Frankie Kazarian did commentary.

*Dani Luna def. Lei Ying Lee (10:16) with the Luna Landing

*AJ Francis def. Mance Warner (w/ Steph de Lander) via DQ (4:26) when Mance used a steel chair.

*Mickie James comes to the ring and calls out Ash by Elegance. They go back and forth and end up trading slaps until the rest of The Elegance Brand appear on the screen, talking to Mickie's son in the back. Mickie then runs up the ramp where she gets ambushed by The Elegance Brand on the stage.

*Jada Stone def. Tasha Steelz (w/ Jason Hotch & John Skyler) (5:52) with a crucifix rollup. After the match, Tasha beat down Jada while Hotch & Skyler chased off the referee.

*Tom Hannifan sitdown interview with Steve Maclin in the ring. Maclin ends up hitting Tom and then Mike Santana runs out for the save. Gia Miller took over on commentary afterwards.

*The System (Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, Cedric Alexander, & Bear Bronson) def. The Hardys & The Righteous (11:19) when Eddie pinned Vincent with the Boston Knee Party after Vincent pushed Matt out of the way to take the finish. After the match, the System continued the beatdown leading to Moose coming down to try to take out the System but he got beat down until Alisha Edwards came down to beg them to stop.

TNA Thursday Night iMPACT - Airing February 19, 2026 from Nashville, TN

*Indi Hartwell def. Heather by Elegance (7:13) with the Hurts Donut after the rest of the Elegance Brand was ejected from ringside. Ash by Elegance did commentary.

-Earlier Today segment is aired showing Tom Hannifan talking to Steve Maclin outside the arena. Tom warned that Maclin would be arrested if he went inside and asked how he could help him. Maclin asked Tom to speak to management for him so Tom agreed to see what he could do. Maclin said he would wait for Tom's call. 

*Mike Santana comes to the ring for a promo. Santana talked about Steve Maclin and then called out Leon Slater to the ring. Santana apologized for leaving Leon stranded in their tag match at No Surrender, but congratulated him on pinning a former world champion in Nic Nemeth. That brings out the Nemeth Brothers, who want a tag match now. Daria Rae interrupts and says the wrestlers don't make the matches, management does, so it's not happening now. Daria announces the match will happen maybe next week. Backstage afterwards, Frankie Kazarian says he wants to be on commentary for the match.

*New TNA Knockouts Champ Arianna Grace comes to the ring for a promo about becoming champion at No Surrender.

*Trey Miguel(c) def. Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo (w/ Arianna Grace) (10:30) after the Lightning Spiral to retain the TNA International Championship.

*Jody Threat def. Tessa Blanchard (w/ Mila Moore & Victoria Crawford) (4:45) via DQ when Mila & Crawford interfered. Afterwards, they beat Jody down until Harley Hudson & Myla Grace ran out for the save.

*Sinner & Saint (Judas Icarus & Travis Williams) def. BDE & Rich Swann (5:39) after total elimination on BDE. After the match, both team shook hands and raised arms.

*Elayna Black came to the ring to call out Mara Sade' for eliminating her from the battle royal at No Surrender. Mara comes out and they go back and forth, setting up a future match between the two.

-It is announced that Tom Hannifan will have a sitdown interview with Steve Maclin next week.

*Elijah def. Mustafa Ali (12:14) in the Guitar Case Casket Match with a chokeslam through a door into the casket.
