Nordine Oubaali is set to defend his bantamweight title against Nonito Donaire after TGB won the rights to the bout at a purse bid Tuesday. TGB is the lead promoter of PBC fights, so the fight is earmarked to be televised by Fox or Showtime (or PPV undercard) in the coming months
