I wonder if this is one of the much talked about incidents where Triple H would try to make Rock look bad. I could totally see him proposing this angle, even though it was completely uncharacteristic for the Nation, and then his best friend who was an inactive wrestler, would singlehandedly chase 4-5 of them off, and they wouldn't be able to get their heat back.
