Is there any other villain that simply had to go that got thumped in a way totally suitable for their character? Maybe Matsunaga stabbing himself? I just love the whole "hoisted by his own petard" thing I guess. Brody and Buddy will be fine. He kinda threw the snake in his own face, and the whole thing looked absolutely hilarious. 1

Curt McGirt
"Brother Nero Sting, I knew you'd come" Gotta think that had to be an intentional reference by Matt. And I merely forgot Cheatum's name, dammit! Edited September 8, 2022 by Curt McGirt

Between Vader wearing a durag around this time and knowing he once claimed he was from South Central (hell cursory search shows this might actually be the case), I get some funny visuals of Vader welcoming Sting to his White Castle of Fear. Vader shouting suwoop and wearing a red durag would have made that so much better. 1

I always thought Chris Jericho being dragged away kicking and screaming was the perfect exit for his character until he came back. At least, I felt it was more perfect for WCW Jericho.

zendragon
Two things I want from the "New" AEW. MJF to start talking about banging rats again...but he not talking about groupies hes just obcessed with being cruel to small animals like Homer Simpson on Wacking Day I want JD Drake to get a southern rock gimmick and start dressing like Ronnie Van Zant so Taz can refer to him as
Matt D
PPV thread is closed, but I wrote words about the Darby, Danielson, and Punk matches in case anyone actually wants to read too many words about the text as opposed to the context: http://segundacaida.blogspot.com/2022/09/aew-five-fingers-of-death-829-94-part-2.html I conveniently did not write up Ishii/Kingston. 6

Curt McGirt
According to Heenan's book they had a good long cry together afterwards. He ended the chapter about Gorilla writing, simply, "I love that man." Phew, I need to dust in here 5

Sadly they can't since the WWE brought it back for NXT Halloween Havoc. But a random match generator or something could work. kafkonia
I say BattleBowl is the way to go. Also, I feel bad for Claudio. He's finally won a world title! For a promotion that basically doesn't exist. And he's defending it on the Youtube show against a guy who, well, should be on the Youtube show, while opening a pay per view in a multi-man ladder match that ends in a schmozz. Kind of feels like a lateral move.
