Dominick Cruz dropped twice in the opening round but comes back to win taking the next two comfortably. Cruz's style is so unique with the movement, it's why I became a fan of his watching WEC then UFC. Still want Cruz vs. Jose Aldo in the battle of the Hall of Famers.

Yeah Cody said he was doing this weight change the right way, and it looks it. Certainly looks like he has more energy just walking to the cage than he did against Font. If he drops Kara-France this division gets reeeeeally interesting.

Be interesting to see how Cody Garbrandt performs in his Flyweight debut, looked better on the scales than I expected. No Love's gone 1-4 in his last five, three by KO/TKO.

1-5 now with four losses by KO/TKO. Damn. Nearly all downhill since beating Dominick Cruz for the UFC Bantamweight Championship, the Bantamweight GOAT.

Fearful asymmetry when you look at Cody + Dom after their fights tonight.

Post-championship flameouts in the UFC sort of fall between two categories - on one hand you've got people who stay talented for awhile but end up getting matched against killers, like Anderson, Weidman, Holm, Conor... Chuck? Penn?

Then you've got people who just fell off a cliff a fight or two after losing the belt. Renan Barao. Johny Hendricks. Luke Rockhold. You've absolutely got to add Cody to that category.

Yeah, Cody's a new entry in that latter category with the names you mentioned.

When I think of big fall from graces it's Renan Barao, Johny Hendricks, TJ Dillashaw going trying to become a simultaneous champion, failing pissing hot for EPO, Luke Rockhold, Cody Garbrandt, Chuck Liddell and BJ Penn.
