kafkonia
Going in blind, I thought the Uno/QT match was the main event, until they showed "Up Next" graphic for Pac/Sydal. Preferred it to the actual main, too. Not a huge fan of Andrade's so far, and he was too much the focal point considering he was hundreds of feet from the ring. And Robert Anthony has looked good every time he's shown up.
The Natural
CM Punk told the New York Post about potentially wrestling Daniel Bryan in AEW: “That’s somebody that I look at and I go, man wrestling him was always fun. It was never a headache and God I would like to do that again. I would like to do that again soon. It’s a big deal. The guy was in the WrestleMania main event. He’s freshly removed from television. He’s a big deal. He’s a very, very big deal and I think that signals to pro wrestling fans that this is the place to be. This is what I want to watch.” Cool how CM Punk wants to also wrestle Bryan Danielson in AEW.

eikerir
That’s good that they’re mixing it up, three shows in a row with just “Tonight we’ll hear from CM Punk” starts to feel repetitive and I was worried it was gonna feel like early AEW Sting where it seemed he did the same segment for months. AxB
Well, if past experience is anything to go by, we're going to have to come up with some things for Mr Punk to say, aren't we? And by we, I do mean specifically us, on this board.

Krone
News and notes from today's AEW conference call with Tony Khan - as transcribed by Sean Ross Sapp on Twitter. (Spoiler for size) Spoiler Tony Khan tells Stephanie Chase that having such a big roster allows him to spread out big matches. He thinks that All Out will be AEW's biggest card ever and says it's a long time in the making Tony Khan tells Sean Radican that the best way to keep AEW's momentum just to keep putting on good shows. Tony Khan says he's put 8 figures of his own money into AEW's video game division, and knows he'll make that money back. Tony Khan confirms AEW Dark tapings are heading to Unviersal Studios. He says they aren't planning on doing Dynamite and Rampage from there. Tony Khan wants to bring back the spirit of WCW Worldwide tapings with the AEW Dark tapings at Unviersal Studios Tony Khan thinks there is room for more titles in AEW, and says Trios Titles are a possibility Tony Khan says Dark will primarily be a studio format, but there will still be some editions in arenas. They're taping AEW Dark Elevation ahead of Dynamite for now Tony Khan says Chris Jericho's Cruise isn't an official AEW event, but Jericho is important to AEW so he always wants to help it. Tony Khan says he's ahead of where he expected to be with AEW at this point. They landed their television deal extension ahead of what they'd even hoped. Tony Khan is planning to expand into doing international work and on the west coast of USA for AEW next year. He doesn't want to put a date on it, but Craven Cottage is a place he wants to make a home for AEW Tony Khan: Not every signing has to be CM Punk or Jon Moxley. Other signings can stack your roster and add to the quality of the show overall. You build from the top and the bottom, and grow Tony Khan says he works directly with Billy Corgan, Scott D'Amore, Ed Nordholm, Gedo, Rocky Romero and others. He says he's done a lot of favors over the last year and a half and maybe they'll pay off, but it's good karma for AEW Tony Khan doesn't think a lot of the stuff CM Punk was asked to before he left wrestling made sense. Nobody has creative control in AEW, and Khan doesn't know how you can operate a show like that successfully. He told Punk that if something doesn't make sense, he wants to know. Tony Khan will be helping produce the Women's Casino Battle Royale at AEW All Out Tony Khan notes that he was happy to loan AEW talent to NWA for Empowerrr and paid the talent to appear on the show. Tony Khan isn't sure why the pre-show matches got the misconception of not being important, but he wants to erase that. He remembers seeing Stone Cold Steve Austin on a PPV pre-show as a kid. Tony Khan says Riho will be in the Casino Battle Royale Tony Khan says the AEW TNT Title is not a midcard title, he's not booking or looking at it like that. 2

I'm a Tony Khan fanboy and have no shame in admitting that. They're playing up the dissention among the Dark Order. IIRC, it was briefly mentioned as Evil Uno had nobody in his corner against QT Marshall on Dark. Hopefully, we're not getting a Dark Order split. Maybe they'll be unified again when Adam Page comes back in the right mental state to go after the world title.
