Do the Colts know that they are allowed to use timeouts at the end of the game?

Why they let Green Bay run the clock down to 3 seconds after the Pack got into field goal range/threatening a touchdown is beyond me. They didn't give themselves a chance to win in regulation, and if Rodgers had made that last throw, they wouldn't have had time to try and salvage the game. Left all three timeouts on the board...

If they hadn't held five times on their previous drive, Rodgers probably wouldn't have time for the drive as well.

True. And it looks like they might get away with all of it. But still, teams need to learn that you don't just "trust your defense" in the last few minutes anymore.

The Colts had the right idea with going for it on 4th to keep the ball with 2 minutes left and running the ball from there on out.  It just got conveniently undone by there being a holding call every time they ran until they got so far backed up they had to throw (which saved both GB's timeouts too).

under the modern rules, 1:43 and a time out left is You Left Too Much Time for C.J Beathard, nevermind Mahomes Brady or Rodgers.

Maybe next time Chucky will finally run the ball more instead of throwing for the end zone from outside the 20 yard line & the 2 minute warning.

did enjoy the VETERAN PRESENCE~! of Jason Witten taking that 5 yard penalty to back them up so they could take a little longer to score, but it was too little too late.
