SirFozzie Posted November 13, 2021 Author Posted November 13, 2021 Double Wahey! England make it two for two against Australia, Ireland beat the All Blacks. Scotland looked decent against the 'Boks as well.
SirFozzie Posted November 20, 2021 Author Posted November 20, 2021 England beat the Boks with a late penalty.
The Natural Posted November 23, 2021 Posted November 23, 2021 Kevin Sinfield, legend. 101 mile run in 24 hours to raise funds for MND inspired by his former teammate Rob Burrow who has this wretched disease. Known as Sir Kev, he should have been knighted last year. Sinfield needs to be ASAP.
SirFozzie Posted February 2, 2022 Author Posted February 2, 2022 Good week for Rugby fans, start of the six nations and the new MLR season 1

SirFozzie Posted February 3, 2022 Author Posted February 3, 2022 Yup, Rugby United New York still exists, plays its games in Brooklyn 1
The Natural Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 Bugger. I like Brian Moore on commentary and away from it.
Guest Jimbo_Tsuruta Posted February 6, 2022 Posted February 6, 2022 Italy haven't won a Six Nations game since 2015 and are behind Georgia in the world rankings. Surely it's time to give the Georgians a crack in the competition instead.
DangerMark Posted February 6, 2022 Posted February 6, 2022 From what I saw of Italy today, if they start strong I'd back them in against Wales; but that could be their only chance because Scotland are not looking bad at all. By the way, are we not going to mention Luke Cowan-Dickie forgetting what sport he was playing for a moment and going for a volleyball spike?
The Natural Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 @Jimbo_Tsuruta: My Dad supports Bradford Bulls and my Sister, Leeds Rhinos. Awkward as it sounds.

Awkward as it sounds. You're right, lucky they won't play each other in the SL anytime soon. Sheffield recently beat Bradford. Shame the league top brass don't want to encourage the game in England and just invite the likes of Catalans, Toronto and Toulouse over for the cash. Edited February 12, 2022 by Jimbo_Tsuruta
DangerMark Posted February 13, 2022 Posted February 13, 2022 From what I hear, the RFL need the cash to throw into that giant meteor crash site in Bradford. 1

SirFozzie Posted February 13, 2022 Author Posted February 13, 2022 Heck. Make it the Twelve Nations, six in division 1, six in Division 2. Add USA/Canada and four more European teams. Pro/Rel. and that's sorted. (of course, scotland, wales and england are eying that trap door warily if this ever comes to pass)
SirFozzie Posted February 28, 2022 Author Posted February 28, 2022 Speaking of Italy, having a player sent off early and then having to take off ANOTHER player because of uncontested scrums.. Oy vey. They could have sent out the U21's at that point.
The Natural Posted March 12, 2022 Posted March 12, 2022 On the subject of players sent off early, it's England vs. Ireland in the Six Nations right now and Charlie Ewels playing for England was given a straight red after 82 seconds. It's the fastest sending off ever in any iteration of the Four/Five/Six Nations.
SirFozzie Posted March 19, 2022 Author Posted March 19, 2022 *Blinks at the halftime score between Italy and Wales* I don't think it will last, but man, if it does, that should shut up a lot of folks. 1
