Tonight I believe we might see a more traditional contract signing between Moxley and MJF. The end result being Moxley gets laid out.

But how and by whom?

MJF & Wardlow?

Or someone else who might be involved in Moxley’s next angle...huummmm....let’s say Miro?

Nope, not yet. That happens at the end of PPV.

Wardlow beats Moxley’s head until it gets bright red tonight....but in 2 weeks from now they will be brothers in arms along with Page & Bucks against the new 4 Horsemen of MJF-FTR-Miro.

How do I know you ask?

Because the Shadow knows all...

Good finish to the show. All the angles and promos were good. The wrestling was mostly whatever.

Yeah, that women's handicap match was kinda ugly.

[kayfabe] I do not get the demonization of Hangman Page.  The Young Bucks are ungrateful bastards for booting him from The Elite.  Why wouldn't Hangman secure a match where he and Kenny get to beat the shit out of FTR rather than him having to wrestle against his Elite homies at the PPV? [/kayfabe]

Yeah.  We all know the swerve's a'comin.

A stable under the tutelage of Eddie Kingston?  There's a group I can support.  RIP Brian Pillman Jr.

That tables match was really good and the right dude went over.  What a difference it makes when you add the stip that where the winner had to deliberately put someone through a table.

Mr. Brodie Lee beat the shit out of the mongs in his group for excessively gushing over his win.  Then he did the perfect heel thing and said he wouldn't honor Cody's Open Challenge stip for the TNT title..  And he still managed to muster up enough class to escort Anna Jay safely out of the ring like a true gentleman would before the shit hit the fan.  He is my hero.  #joindarkorder

I am glad that DO appears to be recruiting Tay Conti.  She and Anna were a pretty solid team in the womens' tournament.

This was much like last week's, wild and chaotic in the 2019 Dynamite way (in other words, not good) but had some really fucking good stuff in there. Obviously the Hangman stuff, particularly the broken mirror, and the Brodie promo were both excellent.

Chris jericho, somebody take the coke away from that guy. He settled down a bit but he was fucking tripping all over himself and Tony and Jim. There is no anchor to keep these guys grounded without Ex. Get that dude back ASAP plz. The timing of the show felt off. You've got 9 minutes for a main event and you gotta take a commercial break?! The fuck?

The contract signing was mostly great. MJF had some stinker lines early and I don't think the comedy at the start was a good way to build a big PPV world champion match but they got going and the rest was fire. Moxley is the man. It would be criminal for MJF to beat him for the title at this point.

The women's title match promo video featuring both NWA footage and Corgan was awesome. The end was cut off on TSN but God it was great and the match should be the best women's match in the company's history. On the other hand, the Swole segment other than Britt's involvement was drizzling. Glad they are keeping Taya around. People complaining they don't feature women enough, exhibit A as to why. They aren't ready for prime time.

The build to the PPV has been super uneven. The two world championship matches were built well, but we can only guess that Cardona is challenging Brodie. The tag title match has been built up well too with FTR playing Hangmin like a fiddle but there hasn't been a lot of direct build and we just now know they're facing the champs. Lance vs. Cage will be sweet but it was sloppily thrown together last minute. Jericho/orange has had a lot of time but that rematch was a buzz kill. Like the shows the last stretch here the build has been uneven. And weird that they gave away two well built matches on free tv in P&P/Best Friends next week and the Hardy/Sammy match tonight. I've said it before, but I'm happy they aren't burning through big singles matches on tv every week and when they do them they're generally very well built up beforehand. But there's been a bit of a lack of direction in the actual wrestling the past few episodes. The gauntlet tag was a nice idea but it didn't really deliver. The Hardy match was a joke.

I was doing other stuff most of the time so I gotta watch this one over. One thing struck me though: the very genuine smile when Jericho came out and heard an actual crowd singing his theme.

Archer also seemed to have one for a second too, but that could have just been him being a lunatic.

Did they say Darby Allin and Ricky Starks are in the battle royale? Haven't they been building to a match?

I nearly lost my shit when Starks lost his slip ons while trying to evade Darby's clubberin'.  Come to the ring with lace ups, man.

Brian Cage vs. Lance Archer for the FTW title needs to happen yesterday.  I might even begin to respect that dumb belt.

You all notice MJF mentioned Tully Blanchard in his promo?

All Out PPV

MJF-FTR-Miro - The Apocalypse

4 Horsemen.

It’s happening!!

Sadly, Shawn Spears is also under the tutelage of Tully and Shawn's time is best spent on Dark and off of my television set.

If this new Horseman stable jumps Spears out of their club, I might not be able to boo them.... Who am I kidding?  I could never not boo dumb ass MJF.

I have really been down on FTR's out of ring antics lately, but they fucking dissected Chuck Taylor in that match.  Those dudes are looking crisper than ever.  That was textbook MWC.

There was a graphic for an 8 man tag that showed Brodie in it. I'm not sure if it's for next week or All Out. It looked like Brodie, Cabana, Uno, Grayson vs. Dustin, QT, Scorpio Sky, Cardona.

That's for All Out, Tony mistakenly said next week.
