Sucking your stomach in as tightly as you can (and holding it for as long as you can) is actually the best way to train your lower abdominal muscles. Your upper abs, you train by sit ups and leg raises, but the lower abdominal muscle is basically a belt.

He says he lost 10 kilos in 25 days which is just absurd. I assume he dieted excessively and still had the muscle mass under the fat so burned it off faster.

He definitely lost more than 5 lb, look at his facial structure. That's how far apart those photos were supposedly taken. You can probably get data to check on that, but I'm not about to. He's probably just insane.
