Cause of death has not been disclosed, but she had been reported as being hospitalized for pneumonia recently. I've only seen her in that, a bit of the Avengers, Theatre of Blood, and Game of Thrones. She had such a presence though. It was as if she knew she was above such foolish things like Bond and B-movie horrors but played it up and reveled rather than pout. I should watch more of her.
