BobbyWhioux
Green Bay needed to eat up 5 more minutes on that drive to at least let their defense rest. Bad enough they didn't get points
Niners Fan in CT
Yeah Green Bay is messing up. They need to make one more big play on defense or offense.. Seattle will keep coming.

If the Packers don't continue to be aggressive Seattle can certainly come back. Pete Carroll isn't exactly Bill O'Brien, but Wilson bails him out a lot...a whole lot...all of the time...especially since the defense fell off a cliff. Honestly, without Wilson, Wagner, and Clowney making incredible plays how many wins would this team have?
Jiji
What team wins games when you take their best three players off the team? That's a silly statement. Seattle clearly needs to rebuild the defense and offensive line though. Wilson, Metcalf, Carson, and Lockette can get it done offensively.

Good point, but between the 3 of them they seem to make more miraculous plays that can't be drawn up than most players in the league. Yes, it would be ridiculous to remove Russell Wilson from the team, but you couldn't replace him with a quarterback who can't improvise and expect them to be as good. What makes those 3 good is that everything else can go wrong and somehow they can make it right with improvisation.
Jiji
I agree that they are way too top heavy and those players they do lean on too much aren't good enough to win a Super Bowl on their own. But you probably don't want to put an amazing improviser like Wilson in a rigid system. That sack was fucking huge. Takes them out of field goal range and gives Wilson a chance to take the lead in the 4th despite being blown out in the first half.
BobbyWhioux
STALLING~! they better not make rules against this shit. I love it. (though Green Bay might actually be better served by saving the time, now.)
Niners Fan in CT
That's it. Green Bay needed at least a FG on that drive and didn't get it. Their defense is gassed. I don't see how Russ doesn't lead Seattle for the game winning TD right here.
Jiji
Not so fast. Seattle's defense needs another big stop... bridge too far probably.
Death From Above
I feel like this has been Green Bay all year. They are a mid-level NFL offense but they do just enough, and their defense does the same. That's about it. No mystery with this team but it works. supremebve
That 3rd down throw probably sealed it. I don't think it is possible to place a ball more perfectly.
