Yeah but that Bills offense today.  Unless they are expecting a defensive TD this is just asking for a late game blowout

Just started watching but pretty amazing to finish with a gorgeous feathered pass after doing dogshit for a half.

another week of the 49ers trying to work Main Event Style instead of remembering what the actual strength of this team is and a game that didn't have to be a down to the wire flippy spotfest is a down to the wire flippy spotfest.

At least they actually won this one.

Texans have won the AFC South 4 out of the last 5 years.  Only New England has won their division more times this decade than we have.  So why does it seem like we perpetually suck and have no chance come playoff time every single year?

Jameis was the best Texans player out there yesterday.

So how simple can a coin toss be?

Rams-Cowboys coin-toss debacle could spark a rule change

Quote

The NFL’s ultra-simple coin-toss procedures may become even more simple, because for some they apparently aren’t simple enough.

Last Sunday, referee Walt Anderson proved once again that common sense ain’t by twisting the Cowboys’ effort, after winning the toss, to defer the option to the second half into a desire by the Cowboys to kick to start the game, which would have given the Rams the option to receive to start the third quarter if the league office hadn’t intervened.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Competition Committee will discuss the mechanics of the toss in order to avoid another head-scratching heads-or-tails coin conundrum.

Your Sunday Night Football contest for Week 17, as expected, will be Niners at Seahawks.

Winner probably picks up the #1 seed in the NFC, loser gets to go on the road on Wild Card weekend, likely to play an 8-8/9-7 NFC East champion.

Changing the rules to cover up for one referee not paying close enough attention once has already happened before in pro sports so this is 100% on brand.

hell this is basically an annual tradition for the NFL
