The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler

Per Meltzer on the radio show this morning - this is not a Summerslam match.

It is more they are using Ziggler as the vehicle to continue to move Miz back to being "Serious Wrestler" Miz again

So it would seem like - besides the official Bayley/Moon match - that on the SDL side we are getting

Shane vs. KO

Kofi vs. Orton

Ali vs. Nakamura

Feels less like a “Vince pushing his pet projects” show, and more of a “let’s try to get more fresh faces on here”. They’re even setting up their women’s champs with two of the best women’s in-ring workers in the company. It’s a shame that these two don’t have any steam coming into their matches. Nattie busy with cats, and occasionally talking locker room gossip with Naomi. Ember’s cheap ass was busy with being pissed that her Switch was broken. Don’t give me that bullshit, Moon, about the stores running out of them. The local Walmart has a pile touching the ceiling this very moment.

Ember is definitely one of the best women in the company.  Natti-....  like I was saying,  Ember is definitely one of the best women in the company.

Nattie, when motivated, can always drag something great/good out of Charlotte. She can do the same with the slumping Becky.

Yeah, no, aside from their first match for the NXT title, Charlotte has been better than Nattie for years now. Its Nattie who generally needs to be dragged to something good. Its not a motivation issue, she is just kind of random in what she offers quality wise.

For what it's worth, it sure looks from Raw like they changed their minds about this.

*CARD SUBJECT TO CHANGE*

What is there to even do with Reigns? They should just make him the ref for Brock vs Rollins.

Based on TV it would be more appropriate for him to somehow get wrapped up in the Shane/KO match

It's an underwhelming card as of right now.

Nakamura vs Ali and Bayley vs Ember both have a lot of potential IMO. But yeah, none of the other matches excite me. I'm now less annoyed I'm going to be away from Toronto that weekend.

It would be a very fun corner to book themselves out of if Shane turned it into a 3-Way and *both* Owens' & Reigns' career are on the line.  We'll see.
