So Rollins - Lesnar at SS. Okay?

Things did seem somewhat coherent and organized tonight, so that was okay.

The women's #1 contender match though... That was not okay.

I feel bad for the women because they obviously were working hard but the state this division is in right now... we were talking about it in the PPV thread, it's not in good shape at all.

I don't know Alexa lost a lot of weight and seems to have regressed, Nattie was slow and plodding, Naomi was okay and Carmella was just there and quickly discarded.

Not a group you want going 20 minutes. Crowd completely shit on it with loud booing and "This is Awful!" Chants..  I felt bad for them but it was pretty bad.

They have tremendous wrestlers sitting in catering and others sitting at home. Get it fucking together, this is unacceptable.

Summerslam is going to feature Demon Finn vs Juggalo Bray in the match we didn't get the last time they had a program.

I guess with SS being in Canada they thought giving Nattie the rub made sense? Home town or not, she hasn't been over in forever and this match is nothing we haven't seen plenty of times before.

The Women's match would have been fine if it didn't go so damn slow. I mean why was Alexa using the Randy Orton chinlock playbook tonight? Nice to see Nattie show some piss and vinegar though. I never saw any of their matches from the Indy's way back when. So does anyone know if they were any good?

Bray's return was cool. But him attacking Finn was all "umm lets see who the dart hits on the board to see who you feud with".

If they didn't have New Day win the tag titles last night, Big E should have won this battle royal to get the shot at Brock. So all that just for Brock vs. Seth. On the plus side at least it wasn't Brock vs. Roman or Randy. I mean they had that going for them.

Mike and Maria Kannelis is going to have to earn that huge contract one humiliating week a time

And no I don't need to know Corey Graves fucking porn habits thank you.  I am sure one of those subscriptions is to Ashley Madison

I tuned out after Drew got jobbed to that charismaless suck ass. Tuned back in for the women's match and I'm the only one who highly enjoyed it. Shocked it got that much time considering the commercial thing. Not as great as last year's Natalya/Alexa/Ember/Sasha match, but thought everyone had their moments here. Loved Alexa trying to pin Natalya with Naomi in the surfboard. Nattie won't win the title but I wish she would.

Battle royal seemed set to do something fresh, but I'm just glad they didn't go with Braun so I'm fine with Seth indirectly getting his mandatory rematch clause. Away from becky I can still enjoy Seth so him vs Brock should be fine if unspectacular at this point.

The women's match wasn't flat out bad, but go way too much time for the participants involved. At least Becky got the crowd alive in the post match segment. Its the most interesting Nattie has probably been in years as well. Its still not the feud Raw's women's division needs though to be fair none of the other potential matches being offered would been either.

I liked the stuff surrounding Ricochet and the Club.

Bray's return was nice.

The 24/7 stuff was amusing enough. I was still hoping Drake's wife would take the title. She has earned it contract or not.

The battle royal was fine, but I can't be bothered to give a fuck about Seth vs. Brock. Big E would have been the most interesting choice.

Show was ok.

All that re-tooling of Bray and in the end it kind of looks like they decided to just have him be Bray again but in a different outfit, which means he will:

1) do a bunch of super cool vignettes getting everyone hyped (Check)

2) Randomly pick a mid-carder to target (Check)

3) attack him out of nowhere (Check)

4) Probably cut a million longwinded promos about how he's going to devastate them (Tune in next week!)

5) job to them on PPV (See you in August!)

6) randomly pick a new mid-carder to target (See you the night after #5!)

....

You know I like the Miz more than most.  I like Ziggler more than the board consensus.  A Ziggler-Miz feud with shoot-y undertones sounds like a complete ducking nightmare.  (After two autocorrects I’m not fixing that!)

On a show with a lot of weirdness. A real lot.  I’m not sure there was a weirder dynamic than the 6 man ending, the Club coming down, Usos randomly helping Rick O’Shea, Revival randomly helping the Club, Bobby Roode (with no real investment in anyone save for the team he was just randomly placed with) helping out the Revival.

I’m sorry but Drakes wife is such a bad actress that she completely takes me out of every one of those segments

Oh, am I the only one already tired of the Street Profits act on Raw? It just seems so forced and non-organic. I enjoy their stuff a ton on NXT (both in and out of the ring) but this main roster stuff isn't working for me, yet at least.

It was good the last time. Of course the last time it was also mostly the Miz on the mic.

Satin reported that Balor is taking two months off starting in August, so that kind of telegraphs the finish of that "program". Granted the non-sheet reading fans won't know any of that, but still.

I hated them after last week
