I have a feeling Jericho's picking up the win in Omega-Jericho 2. I'd do something Crazy and have Brian Pillman Jr. win the Casino Royale. Build Jericho vs Pillman Jr for the title on the first TNT show or the Memorial Day Chicago Show, give them 25 minutes let Jericho make this kid look like a million bucks and put him over. Jr is still green i know but he can go and he's only going to get better as he gets more ring time. Giving him the strap and having him beat a legend like Jericho would be a good way to differentiate yourself from the WWE. Give a rising still unproven star the strap and see if he can run with the wolves or not.

Pillman Jr. signed to AEW? I thought he was still in MLW?

Besides that, I wouldn’t want someone who isn’t ready in the ring, or in the looks department yet(Pillman Jr. needs about 20 pounds of muscle) to be put in that spot. Also putting the belt first on somebody who will have a lame duck reign is a bad look for your new promotion. You gotta start off hot.

I too also think Jericho will get his win back, but I would rather they put Omega in that big spot first.

Hmm...I wonder if they’ll make Hangman #21 in the battle royale now.

That wouldn’t be bad. Sell it like “I’m not waiting for some wannabe guest “Superstar” to challenge me. I’m going in now to take my place as the future of this new great company”.

And then Dustin Cutler comes out of retirement to wrestle the other Dustin for the rights to his name - only to both be destroyed by Chuck Taylor.

Then No Legs destroys him.

What would a Page/Darby Allin match look like at DorN? I think they are the only two contracted male wrestlers not yet promoted

If you are trying to trying promote AEW as this company with all these different styles, then the match that would emphasize that is Joey Janela vs Darby Allin but Janela is in the battle royal

As much as I'm a fan, Raven hasn't looked to be in ring shape in quite some time, so I hope it wouldn't be him.

I'm sticking with my pick that #21 is Jon Moxley, unless he turns out to be Page's opponent now.

AEW must have produced that promo video for ITV right? That would be impressive if ITV produced it in a totally different way, but that is some major league production values. If anyone is still doubting what the production values will be like just skip through this video (it’s worth watching just because of how nice it looks but ultimately it’s one of those videos that airs before a ppv starts, and it doesn’t have anything new for most of us here).

Crowning the first champion by having the winner of Omega/50-year old Jericho face the winner of the free pre-show battle royal featuring a bunch of unknowns and jabrones and Glacier is a really Russo-ass way of doing things.  What's the rush?  Why not put a tournament together and have the finals take place on the first TV show?

And how are they drawing numbers for this battle royal if Spears got his from a deck of cards.  A standard deck has four 10s.  And 52 cards and there's only 21 entries.

I forgot about Marty Scurll. What's his contract situation and could be be a surprise on the show?

Marty is still under contract with ROH and currently working the Best of the Super Juniors tournament.

You mean Labor Day, and I doubt they'll hold ALL IN 2 on a Monday.
