Now it's at 93 percent with 15 reviews (14 out of 15 fresh). The one rotten is from a non English language critic fwiw.

BTW the Aladdin review embargo lifts tomorrow morning.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is back up to 95% with 56 reviews. That's a very good sample size. I don't see it dropping much below that.

Looks at RT List

Oh motherfucker!

I strategically waited until this Thursday to do my entry. King of the Monsters was a big reason why. The test screening last summer was mixed.

It is currently at 48%. There you go.

Oof.  Early reviews of Godzilla are very bad.  I was expecting middling reviews, but this thing could settle in around 30%.

Happy days!

Godzilla: King of the Monsters now 57% and The Secret Life of Pets 2 is on 70%.

It better be decent because I'm actually gonna pay out the ass to go with friends to see it in IMAX Sunday. Thanx for the heads up, though.

Hope you and friends like it. Last two blockbusters I saw in IMAX were The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises.

The last time I saw ANYTHING in IMAX was literally a test reel of stuff they were showing at a museum in Florida when it had just been invented. I was only like nine or ten. IIRC they had an awesome vision of King Kong falling off the Empire State Building from his POV.

That sound you hear is me dodging that bullet like Neo.  I wisely left Godzilla off of my RT list.

As long as it makes decent money, I should narrowly dodge owning that copy of Pinnochio.

Nice one! I helped myself dropping Godzilla down my RT list as part of my slight tweaks.
