Ace
I don't think I've seen a live world title change. I've seen secondary title changes, though. Benoit and Jericho winning the IC and Euro titles from Angle at WM2K Omega winning the IWGP US title tournament at G1 Long Beach.
Craig H
I'm trying to think... Steamboat over Savage at WM3? Of all the Chicago shows I've been to the only one that really comes to mind was Punk and Cabana beating the Briscoes for the tag titles. Oh yeah, Undertaker beating Batista for the World Heavyweight Championship at WM 23. Duh.
odessasteps
Off the top of my head, i think my only world title change is savage beating flair at WM8. Anything else is a secondary belt or smaller promotion.
Brian Fowler
I've seen two world title changes. Rock winning his seventh in a triple threat with Taker and Angle, and Rock losing his 8th to Cena. I've been to 3 ROH shows and never seen the title defended.

FireThunder
I got to see Triple H beat Foley for the WWE title on Raw. Didn't expect that.
Eivion
Only seen one show live so Cena beating Big Show and Edge for the World Heavyweight Title at WM 25 would be the only world title change I've seen.

Lawful Metal
Looks like I’m going to be in Mexico City Sunday. Where do I go to see some high quality Lucha Libre? I don’t really care what promotion. I just wanna show up and see some masked dudes do a bunch of flips.
hammerva
Because the superstar Shakeup thread is locked again and I would think it would go there, nobody told me that Silas Young has signed to the WWE Edited April 23, 2019 by hammerva

Wyld Samurai
Austin vs HBK from KoTR was fantastic save for the no finish. They were tag team champs at that time too. Bret Hart vs 1-2-3 Kid is a no brainer. Piper vs Bret Hart at WM Davey Boy vs Bret @ SummerSlam Was there a face/heel alignment for Flair vs Funk?
