I'm pretty sure Chelsea is going to eek out a goal (or maybe even more) and they do have a good first leg result in their side against Frankfurt. Arsenal has a very shaky foundation for their final, I believe. 1

If (GARGATUAN if) Liverpool somehow draw 4-4 with Wolves and City lose 4-0 at Brighton, they'd be even on points, goal diff and goals scored. Meaning a one game playoff for the title?

AxB Posted May 9, 2019 Posted May 9, 2019 English clubs getting a Euro final grand slam. Good. Up the algorithm! 1

odessasteps Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 That’s okay. They are about to ruin the Champions League anyway.

The Natural Posted May 12, 2019 Posted May 12, 2019 Cheers y'all. It's always sad. I was only two months old. My Dad lost a friend and a policeman on the day later became my friend as he helped fund a laptop for me in 1998.
The Natural Posted May 12, 2019 Posted May 12, 2019 As it stands, Liverpool are Premier League Champions. Oh, Manchester United at home are losing 0-1 to Cardiff City.
SirFozzie Posted May 12, 2019 Posted May 12, 2019 (edited) Brighton lead Man City, Liverpool lead Wolves. Is it happening? edit: City IMMEDIATELY equalize. Liverpool still out in front in the league Edited May 12, 2019 by SirFozzie
The Natural Posted May 12, 2019 Posted May 12, 2019 1-1 Brighton vs. Manchester City. Brighton only led for a minute.
Setsuna Posted May 12, 2019 Posted May 12, 2019 Well, it was interesting while it lasted. Damnit Brighton, why'd you have to get my hopes up? 1
Jiji Posted May 12, 2019 Posted May 12, 2019 Congratulations, Pete. City were machines after those winter stumbles. Liverpool can reflect on dropped points vs the two Manchester clubs. Come back next year with a similar and even more mature effort. A European Cup wouldn't be a bad consolation prize. 1
The Natural Posted May 12, 2019 Posted May 12, 2019 Feel for Liverpool and their fans, 97 points in the Premier League with only 1 defeat but they don't win the Premier League Title. That must hurt. Commiserations @ChesterCopperpot, @Oyaji and @Setsuna. Congratulations, @Pete. 1

A 7 point lead, couple of draws and Kompany's rocket against Leicester this week. Any other season you'd have won by a mile. 1
The Natural Posted May 12, 2019 Posted May 12, 2019 Manchester United 0 Cardiff City 2. Club's in a right state. You knew it would be tough when Sir. Alex Ferguson retired but I didn't expect to be as bad as it's turned out.
