Your Perfect Team of Avengers? Who and why?

I reject the notion that there can be a perfect team of Avengers. There are way too many great characters who deserve a spot, and a team of twenty to fifty Avengers would have problems. The perfect Avengers run would have people rotating in and out every few months.

Agree with this in principle, I have assembled the following teams based on my action figures (and some are customs), so there are a couple of new criteria added (all teams have at least one female member and all figures must look cool on my shelves, especially to justify the average $60 on custom figures.
