sydneybrown Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 WCW is incorrect. We all know the basket case is Jimmy Snuka.
Cole Miner Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 Might as well bring this one back from the dead. Forced HJ and all. Again kudos goes to whoever it was that had the idea. Giant Baba and Stan Hansen Splash Mountain 8
rzombie1988 Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 For my money, I can't think of two bigger juice heads who eve clashed, more than Warlod and Davey Boy. They were both cartoon huge. Warlord is still huge too...and now he's purple.

HumanChessgame Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 Of course but following his feature episode he's never ever seen or heard from again. I quite frankly disagree. I could totally see him be the go to character for "Very Special" episodes. "Oh no, the inner city kids are hooked on a new drug called Clank. Looks like our heroes might need the help of the only Joe that can not only score with the urban youth, but also from downtown. That Joe is, Basket Case." You guys don't remember Big Lob from the GI Joe movie-

cool arrow Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 And what a gloriously shitty match that was.
Hoarr Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 Got this in from eBay -- does anybody know a great way to compile a bunch of scans together and uploading it for others to grab? I'm thinking of doing a post about the final issue of WCW Magazine and putting a download link at the very end of it. Would it be easier to save them into a CBR file??
insidecradle Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 ha this reminds me of when I ordered a subscription to WCW magazine in December 2000 I believe. Those later issues were pretty good actually. Anyway needless to say I only got the last 3 or so issues. I waited to see if maybe my subscription would turn into WWE magazinr after the sale but.....nothing.
RazorbladeKiss87 Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 What's the context of this? It's from Japan, right? Either FMW or IWA if I remember right. I've seen it before and never have hread an explanation.
cool arrow Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 It was one of the FMW anniversary shows, IIRC the match was Sheik & Sabu vs.Dr. Luther & Dr. Hannibal.
The Batboy Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 Tanahashi, Nakamura, Okada, Improvements all around.
Sky Blue Sam Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 Take away Stevie and make Val wear black trousers, and the RTC look tough as fuck
Casey Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 Why is Val the only one wearing all white? It gives the impression he's the leader of the group.
Victator Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 Well he was the one pushed as a singles threat.
mco543 Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 Okada in drag looks like he should've been a member of Dump's Army in AJW.
Curt McGirt Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 wrong gang sign Konnan Meanwhile, Nash is too drunk to remember his own gang sign 1

Or are they gone forever? WWE.com has done a couple of features of WCW Magazine, so I imagine that they have the entire run. Hell, with eBay, I've managed to almost complete my collection. I'm just missing the final ones from the first run in the early 90's, the first issues from the reboot in '95, and two from 1997.
KidKash202 Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 About how much are folks asking for per magazine. Do you have the one with Giant on the cover? They did a piece about Liger/SOnny Onno and how he thought Liger was a loser. That was the only one I had
