The Hurricanes brought in Alabama's Dan Enos as their new OC.

(It's also possible that Jalen Hurts is coming with him.)

Hurts pretty much appears to be either going to the U or Maryland

Oh sure. He snubs Clemson to go out of state while staying in the ACC and leaves his disabled buddy behind to take all the heat.

The National Champion Clemson football team is visiting the White House today.

Yes, in the middle of a government shutdown.

The President has said he will have the visit catered with McDonalds, pizza, and Burger Kings.

Cool cool cool cool........

Couldn't spring for some Olive Garden? ?

I saw someone joke that they could've gone to Five Guys and only have to buy one order of fries. :D

Also - and this is also sports media related - the Big 12 Championship Game rights are up for grabs as FOX declined to pick up its option

Remember it is just for the odd years (ESPN has the even years)

With how hard Fox has been working to position themselves as a live sports destination, I'm surprised.

Maybe a negotiation tactic to drive down the price?  I'm not sure that's a wise decision.  But, yeah, very surprising.  Maybe the ratings are really bad?

Part of the reasoning is wrestling related. With Smackdown moving to Fox on Friday nights, the Pac 12 title game that Fox airs on Friday has to go to Saturday, or to FS1. That means Fox would have the Big Ten, Big 12 and Pac 12 games for Saturday. Another concern was ratings if they don't get Oklahoma-Texas as the title game. The 2017 title game between Oklahoma and TCU drew a 3.8 rating, as opposed to 6.2 for Texas-Oklahoma in 2018. Imagine what happens if you get a Baylor-West Virginia title game.

So Oklahoma is about to have their third straight transfer starting QB. One of whom came from another Big XII school.

They are also blocking backup QB Austin Kendall from being immediately eligible to play at West Virginia despite him having graduated. Because the Big XII rules don't prevent them from doing so. So Kendall either needs to sit out a year or choose a different school not in the conference.

Either because they got Hurts or because of people finding out they were dicking Kendall over - OU has changed its mind and will let Kendall transfer to WVU

It's the first time Carolina and Houston will play in London making the Packers the only team who haven't played in the UK yet
