Impact Wrestling Spoilers for 11/22/18 & 11/29/18

EDIT: Updated with The Thanksgiving Turkey Trot~! Assuming it'll be a one match show again considering some involved wrestle elsewhere on what would be this show.

Impact Wrestling - Airing November 29, 2018 from Las Vegas, NV

*The Lucha Bros. (Pentagon Jr. & Fenix) def. Rich Swann & Willie Mack. After the match, LAX come out and they shake hands then set up LAX vs. Lucha Bros for the tag team titles at Homecoming.

*Jordynne Grace def. Katarina via bearhug submission

*Taya Valkyrie def. Ray Lyn via submission. After the match, Tessa Blanchard attacks Taya. Tessa takes out a ref trying to stop her. Refs and agents Scott D'Amore, Sonjay Dutt & Gail Kim run out to pull Tessa off then Taya recovers and takes out Tessa.

*The Rascalz (Dezmond Xavier & Zachary Wentz w/ Trey Miguel) def. Mike Sydal & Chris Bey

*Eli Drake def. Tommy Dreamer in a No DQ match after hitting him with a chair across his throat. Dreamer initially won via countout when Eli walked away but it was restarted as no DQ.

I was at the tv tapings on 11/12. They taped Impact and Taya vs Moose and Tessa and the turkey match that night.

They taped the Turkey match last night too. Half way through the turkey match Scarlett's music hit, she came down walks around ringside, all the men stopped what they were doing and did" the ah shucks you're purty" thing all men do when Scarlett is around.

I'm very intrigued to see where this Killer Kross/Johnny Impact angle is going.

Always a hilarious Thanksgiving tradition. Eli and McKenzie were great in the leadup, and Josh Mathews always delivers here. Loved the little bits with Great Gama slapping Rohit whenever he gets excited about American food, Jake still trying to mime Sami while talking to Eli, and the ref controlling the Turkey Suit. Enjoyed the replay of last year's Turkey Trot where Josh & JB couldn't stop laughing then Josh shouts "THE VEGAN!" when Allie dives off the top, classic. I miss Chris Adonis. Fun match overall as usual and amusing to have Disco involved this year.

Disco was entertaining start to finish in this.  Eli's reaction to Disco's "I'm going to marry Scarlett" line was awesome.

The show was an hour and a half build up to what was essentially a Chikara style multi man match.  It was tons of fun, and mostly nonsense, but it was entertaining for the commentary if nothing else.

It's odd that they're doing everything they can to give Scarlett a mystique by not even acknowledging that she's a Wrestler... and yet she's Wrestling on One Night Onlys, and they're clickbaiting it on their YT:

She was also one of Nia Jax's squash victims last year.

More then likely she will make her Impact wresting debut either on PPV or a TV PPV like show like Final Hour. 

The 2AEDGT3 for Desmond Xavier's sake was fun with Disco, the commentary, Scarlett and Eli making Mckenzie say Spin the Wheel make the Deal many times.

Good episode with solid story progression up and down the card. Pentagon/Fenix v. Swann/Mack was an awesome opener with the beginning sequences, crazy spots & double teams. Katarina looked great again, loved that diving DDT nailed perfectly. Taya was impressive & Ray Lyn looked pretty good again despite another short showing, loving the Tessa/Taya feud. Fun plunder brawl main event with Eli and Tommy, Dreamer always rules. Enjoyed all the little backstage bits that furthered stories/feuds for others not in matches tonight.

Pentagon Jr and Fenix's match was better then their MLW tag this week. Good episode with good matches and good building to the PPV. Ray Lyn should earn herself some future matches in Impact hopefully she is already booked for the tapings when they return to Vegas. Xavier/Wentz's finisher is nasty it will be interesting to see what my buddy's reaction will be to it when he comes over tonight to watch this episode.
