What I don't like about Moyes is that he is always throwing out excuses why they aren't performing.  You don't have enough talent to compete? really?  The same team that ran away with the title last year.  He was even throwing out excuses before the season began.  Yeah, tough early schedule, but you got the job of a lifetime; sack up and do your job.

As much as it begrudges me to admit this, Sir Alex managed his ass off last year as that was a not title winning type of squad that he managed to last year's league title. Add losing his brilliance to a poor summer and a new manager adjusting to coaching a power and you get a United squad that has a real chance to finish outside the Top 4. If Chelsea had kept Lukaku and employed him as their main center forward, I think run away with title. Instead, that loan to Everton gaffe brings a few more teams into the title mix: Tottenham if that talent meshes, Arsenal if they are incredibly luck with injuries, and City if the guys consistently play to their to potential.

Hey look, Welbeck and Cleverly playing, and Kagawa on the bench and no Rooney...

God fucking dammit Moyes.

Although in Welbeck's defense, he did score the goal.

This is taking place before the game vs NE on Sunday. Sadly the Isles home opener is on the same day so I can't make it but you NY area types may want to check this out:

We really hope you can all join us this Saturday, October 5th, for our most ambitious pre-game party ever, as the Empire Supporters Club and True Blue Promotions team up with Wrestling Is and Jersey Championship Wrestling to present FORZA LUCHA!

Twenty of the best independent wrestlers in the world will take to the ring for a special one-night only performance at El Pastor (570 Market St. Newark) all to raise money for the Mike Jones Memorial Fund, created to honor the memory of the Red Bulls youth coach we tragically lost last year.

On top of the action inside the ring, we’ll also have a Chinese auction for a chance to win soccer and wrestling memorabilia, plus the wrestlers on the card will have their own merchandise tables set up for you to stop by and get some cool gear.

Doors will open at 2:30 with the first match starting off at 3pm. $10 at the door. Children under 12 are free. We also have a pre-event special available for $8. Click here to donate now and we’ll put you on the guest list for Saturday.

The card, in no particular order, is:

FRIGHTMARE vs BARON BRAVO

TIM DONST vs ERIC CORVIS

THE SHARD vs ASSAILANT

DANNY INFERNO & LATIN DRAGON vs “THE ESCORT” ERIK ANDRETTI & “THE PRODUCT” DAVID STARR

FIRE ANT vs “MR TOUCHDOWN” MARK ANGELOSETTI

LANCE ANOA’I VS EDDIE FRANKEN

CHUCK TAYLOR, ORANGE CASSIDY & DAN CHAMPION vs DASHER HATFIELD, BLIND RAGE & “THE SPIRIT DRAGON” SHYNRON

So make sure you join us at our huge FORZA LUCHA! event this Saturday at El Pastor from 2:30pm, and then at Red Bull Arena for the game against New England (remember, tickets are going fast for that one as well).

To RSVP or for more information, check out the FORZA LUCHA event page on Facebook here.

Note: Stay tuned for info in regards to parking at El Pastor for Saturday.

Zabaleta should feel some shame for going down that easy in the box against Everton. Just because you got touched, does not mean you should fling yourself to the ground.

True, but then, that criticism pretty much applies to everyone now. Everyone's a diving bastard as far as I'm concerned. This idea that contact=foul just makes me rage weekly now. At least with the Zabaleta thing earier, even Michael Owen said it was a weak penalty.

Michael Owen.

I put this in Land of Confusion but you should see this here, too. It's a photo jigsaw puzzle of Man U Finance Director Nick Humby. This is the most generous gift one could ever hope to own. The comments are amazing.

This.. How is this a thing? The comments are glorious, well worth reading three pages of them.
