I don't think he's the idiot in this particular equation.

Led by Derek Carr unless Grudens final gambit is selling Carr to Jacksonville. At this point they will just wait out the expensive contracts they have on the books

Reid is not doing any of this for personal gain. Yeah, Jenkins pretty much sold out to the NFL for cash at the expense of Kaepernick and Reid. Jenkins created his players coalition after Kaep and Reid started kneeling, took $90 million for "social inequality" but when it came to negotiating protections against the NFL retaliating against players for protesting, he wasn't interested. Here is a direct quote from Reid about how the negotiation went down. Quote “Malcolm did text me this morning asking if we would be comfortable ending our demonstrations if the NFL made a donation. At that point, that was the last straw for me. He had a conversation with the NFL. We agreed that multiple people would be part of the conversations with the league so it just wouldn’t be him. He didn’t stand by his word on that. At no point did we ever communicate an agreement with the NFL to end the protest.” Basically, Kaep and Reid started something, got 99% of the blowback, but when it was time to actually have a conversation about what they were protesting and how the NFL could support them, they were sold down the river by Malcolm Jenkins. Jenkins and his group took the money, stopped protesting, and left Kaep and Reid behind when they started this entire movement. That is pretty much the definition of a sellout.
Dolfan in NYC
Blake Bortles is still the starter in Jacksonville per Doug Marrone. Philly offered Oakland a 2 for Cooper. Albert Wilson is probably going to the IR. This Brocktober sucks.
