hammerva Posted January 8 Posted January 8 I was always a fan of those golf simulators but was always terrible at them in the short game part. Looks like they kind of solved that issue.
Dolfan in NYC Posted March 11 Author Posted March 11 I remember going into the All Star Cafe in Times Square back in the 00's and seeing their tracker of big sports events/records. One of which was Tiger Woods Grand Slam Event Wins, when everyone knew he was only a year or two away from shattering Jack's 18 win record. Anyway.... Tiger just ruptured his Achilles Tendon while practicing at home.
odessasteps Posted March 11 Posted March 11 I perhaps stubbornly always said “when he gets to the record, we can talk. Things happen” which I did not think would include Elon smashing up his car with a golf club.
hammerva Posted Sunday at 09:57 PM Posted Sunday at 09:57 PM Rory with a Greg Norman like collapse in the final 5 holes of the Masters right now 1
Contentious C Posted Sunday at 10:04 PM Posted Sunday at 10:04 PM Well, he hasn't gakked it up all the way yet, looks like he should get a shot or two back on 15. 1
hammerva Posted Sunday at 10:37 PM Posted Sunday at 10:37 PM (edited) Yeah Rory has shown incredible stuff in these last 2 holes. Most golfers would have crumbled Still one to go And he blew it again Edited Sunday at 10:53 PM by hammerva 1
odessasteps Posted Sunday at 11:32 PM Posted Sunday at 11:32 PM That was something, almost Larry Mike like.
The Natural Posted Monday at 04:07 AM Posted Monday at 04:07 AM (edited) I thought Rory McIlroy blew it twice but wins the Masters to become only the sixth man and first European to clinch the Career Grand Slam, joining Americans Gene Sarazen, Ben Hogan, Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods and South Africa's Gary Player. Feel bad for Justin Rose, that's three times he's finished second. Edited Monday at 04:25 AM by The Natural
