I don't remember who it was, but I saw someone in a shoot interview saying Prince Devitt went to WWE because he'd already done his art-work, and now it's time to do his money-work. Sasha's trying to make art in a place that is not conducive to artistry.

That's too bad, I thought Sasha and Alexa worked great together as opponents and delivered some of both's best stuff last year, especially at SummerSlam and the following week.

There isn’t a decent alternative for women’s wrestlers like there are for men.  Sasha Banks can’t just pull a Cody Rhodes and leave WWE and make even more money and become a bigger star. There is no NJPW for her to go to. The ROH Women’s Division is a joke. Impact probably wouldn’t be able to pay her 20% of what she’s making in WWE. Joshi isn’t exactly a big market right now at all. It’s extremely niche. There’s a reason why every time WWE comes calling for a Stardom wrestler, they go.

I don’t see Sasha leaving solely because the gap in the money she could make would simply be too much. There just isn’t a market for female wrestlers on the indies and Japan like there is for male wrestlers.

Sasha would be terrible on the indies. A big aspect of doing well on the indies is building a connection with fans. While Sasha has proven unless you are famous, she holds fans in contempt. Yes her and Rollins humiliating that guy on Twitter put a hair up my ass. I don't care about refusing pics or whatever. But going out of your way to humiliate someone is uncalled for. 

Sasha is booked better than most of the roster. She is always in a featured spot, in spite of a crappy attitude and publicly insulting the company.

What's this about? What guy? She made it clear she doesnt like be stalked at hotels and airports and she's a woman... people need to let her live. Anything could happen. She treats fans who are respectful with respect. All over IG you can see her being cool to her fans.

Sasha comes across as disingenuous a lot of the time, throwing co-workers under the bus on a public platform aside, there have been instances of her being less than cordial with fans. Hogan is always in Hogan mode in public, so is Cena, so is HHH. The best never turn down a fan.There was a reason she excelled and was the best heel in the business in NXT. She got to be herself.

A guy sent her a tweet thanking her for taking a pic with her at the airport. She (and Seth Rollins) proceeded to publicly humiliate him. Which if they did not to take the pic, then don't take it. If they did not want to say "You're welcome", then just don't reply. Doing that is a terrible way to treat a person. Especially a person who obviously has a crappy life. 

There were a few other things with Sasha. But nothing like that. 

Edit: Wanted to add guy deleted his account after fans and roster members piled on. Which reminds me of why I don't feel bad for fans or roster members when the company shits on them.

I mean it's happened numerous times, sure they're in the airport. Whatever, politely decline if it bothers you that much.

So, shortly after Mania, when RAW ran Philly, The Hardy's and I were going through TSA and in the airport terminal at the same time.  Just Matt and Jeff.  Now, I usually go by "I don't bother wrestlers when doing mundane shit like going through the airport or fishing with their old man or anything like that, but that's me.  However, the TSA guys, and a few people in the terminal noticed, and did the autograph and pic thing.  

 

Neither turned them down, shit on them, looked annoyed, and were nothing but cordial to people that did approach them, and since I follow both on Twitter, I didn't see either pile onto people that do tweet them thanks for the pics.  

 

Moral of the story, if you don't want to be bugged going through airports or whatever, then maybe this isn't the life for you.

Adults who request phone pictures with their favorite wrestlers are kinda creepy. You're not nine, dude. Just be like, "Cool, it's Sasha Banks" and keep it moving.

I disagree with all of that. Sasha is a 120lb woman. You cannot compare her to the hardys who can clearly take care of themselves. 

That guy in the picture actually has a ton of pics with other wrestlers in airports too. You know why?

Because he shows up at 2am when he figures out when and where they are landing and stalks them.

To me that is weird.. and if other wrestlers are fine with it, cool but I cannot blame Sasha for calling him out. And Sasha is on social media 24/7 she is well aware of who those types of fans are.

You can look at the IG discovery page and I see Sasha show up there quite a bit with fans and she is all smiles and hugs. You take a few incidents and blow it up and forget about the thousands of positive fan interactions she has had. That's why this whole conversation sucks, you are being very selective and ignoring everything else.

I see both sides of the argument.  Some celebrities are dicks, some put up with it and some are cool.  My rule of thumb is if they are with family or appear busy, don’t bother them.  They are people too, and deserve down time and quality time just like everyone else.  My daughter had a meet and greet with Maroon 5 last week before their concert and she was told “ Adam isn’t feeling it tonight, so no cell phones, no pics.  He doesn’t want to be touched and doesn’t want to be told your life story.  Say hi, we’ll take a picture and then you leave.”  Needless to say, she was a bit disappointed.

Why is it classified as "pouty".. Male wrestlers are just as pissed about their positioning and let it be know too.

If Sasha feels she is the best and she very well might be why shouldn't she voice her opinion? Why shouldn't she want more than what they have done with her?

She's a competitor, that's how you are supposed to think.

Given the fact that Emma gets bookings and a ROH contract and the fact that Sasha is much better known, I think Sasha will do pretty well for herself.

 

Let's be honest, the WWE women's division is not booked on talent.  Far from it.  The booking revolves around name and television shows first, talent a distant second.
