My growing viewpoint is nostalgia convinces us that everything should be exactly how we imagine it. And that's not healthy. But I'm admittedly more nihilistic as the years go by.
odessasteps
Also, you have people exploiting nostalgia to further their socio political agendas, especially targeting who do not have the benefit of knowing the reality of those times.

I like Goodfellas more and it's the better overall film. Some would say Casino is just a "sequel" but for me Casino is every bit as rewatchable as Goodfellas. Oh, right. SummerSlam. Well, the Smackdown side of the show is looking pretty good right now. I hope they add something with Rusev/Almas.

I feel like Donnie Brasco is kind of the forgotten great film of the gangster genre. 5

I haven't seen it as many times as I have Blue Velvet (78 and it gets better every single time!), but I have seen it a hell of a lot of times.

It's not a gangster film, it's a heist/crime/drama but it's special in my heart and if it's on I'll sit down and watch all of it. You could get killed WALKIN YOUR DOGGY.

Nice Guy Eddie
I guess since Carmella is the only one left, I guess she'd be flushing the coke down the toilet, unless she's the whore that lives in 2R. 1
Brian Fowler
Fuck a Shield reunion. We need the Usos running interference for their cousin and the launching of the Roman Empire. Then we can get them vs Bálor Club. Yes I'm well aware both hypothetical teams are split between the branfs

That faction would be able to heel it up like nobody's business.

L_W_P
Balor Club? What’s that? It’s not a wrestling faction because Finn ignored the Good Bros for like 2 years straight on Raw and AJ hasn’t gone near them since the move to SDL. I would have loved AJ and Roman to swap in the last draft, Roman gets to heel up a little on all the “Indy darlings” steppin to his yard while AJ and Finn team up/break up/have some tension about who really runs “The Club”.
Brian Fowler
Nah, there was like three weeks where they were actively pushing Bàlor Club as a thing, and then another month or so when they were kinda sorta keeping them loosely associated (mostly the Good Brothers wearing Finn's merch) before the draft. There was a week or two where I was honestly wondering if Vince was thinking about a trios title. Had the Shield, Bàlor Club, and the Miztourage on RAW, and I was half expecting them to move New Day back over and call up The Undisputed Era. DreamBroken
They did have Styles team with Gallows & Anderson right after the Shakeup to SDL once.. then they met the Bludgeon burial and haven't been seen since
