Brewers in their annual skid, only they aren't an awful team yet. Hopefully, this doesn't continue and end up like the year we started 52-30 and ended up 82-80.

Also, NY is 29 games above. 500 and 4.-1/2 games back

Unfortunately, the Red Sox never fucking lose except when they play the Yankees.

...and fuck the Rays and Orioles who roll over and die against Boston, but step up against the Yankees

The Yanks are projected to win basically 104 games

Here is what I am focused on

In the 2nd Half - the Yanks and Red Sox play 10 times (3 in NY, 7 in Boston)

If you ignore those games - the Yanks play 16 games the rest of the way against teams that currently have a .500 record. If you eliminate the Rays (who are barely over .500 right now), they only play 6 "good" teams not named Boston the rest of the season (a West Coast swing against Seattle and Oakland to start Sept)

Meanwhile the Red Sox - in non-Yankees games - play 23 games against teams that currently have a .500 record. Eliminate the Rays again and the number is... 17!

The big difference is that the Yanks are done with the Indians and Astros while the Red Sox have 7 games against Cleveland and 3 against Houston. (The Sox also have games against the Phillies and Braves)

Barstool is trying to claim that the Os and Phillies have a "handshake deal" to move Manny Machado to Philly. Several reporters have shot that to shit.

Most reports do believe that Machado will be traded before the All Star Break is over
