If we don't get a picture of Big Show holding up Erika Ishii in one palm, then this thing is a bust.

Show is playing a half giant... I really wished they had him as a gnome barbarian.

What, pray tell is the other half?

That's okay, I'll show myself out...

Big show sitting and listening to this horribel Ren. fair singalong led by a bunch of 22 year olds dressed as fae is a bizarre clash of cultures.

Look, I'm a professional horror writer and that visual terrifies me...  Thing is, having met a drunken Big Show at Sorry, Charlie's in Seattle I can easily picture him at a ren faire. Of course, meeting him on a night when he thought it was funny to headbutt a parked car leaving a dent in the passenger side door and daring DDP to do the same to other door may not have cast him in the best light. FWIW, DDP declined to emulate his performance and somehow got him to head back to their hotel...

Is there a D&D creature that cries a lot? Maybe a weeping troll or something like that?

Having a ten year-old grand-daughter has forced me to think of George on "Peppa Pig". As she recently announced that "Peppa Pig" is for little kids and she wouldn't be watching it anymore, I decided to provide her with some reinforcement by showing her "Peppa Pig Eats Bacon". Her only comment was, "Why does it say it's "not for kids"? What do they think I'm going to do, go home and eat my father?"   Yeah, that one goes in the "kid's say the damnedest things file"  That's right up there with the announcement she made a couple of years ago: "Daddy was spanking Mommy last night and I'm not allowed in the bedroom when they're doing that!" ;-)

If I were on the jury, I'd start banging on the wood of the jury box to the rhythm of Miseria Cantare.

I have jury duty today. I'm already starting to hum Miseria Cantare.

As per usual - WWE appears to be making a big deal out of the next MSG house show (but they won't air it so quit your bitching)

Announced so far (which will probably change a 1000 times)

Undertaker will wrestle

Rhonda Rousey vs. Nia Jax in a RAW Women's Title match

Seth Rollins vs. Finn Balor vs. Elias for the Intercontinental Championship

So WWE has one of their most talented rosters (maybe ever?) full of guys I like (Styles! Nakamura! Bryan! Joe! etc etc) and I'm now at the point where I find it a chore to even watch their TV shows but can't wait for the new episode of Impact! to air... So what is wrong with me?

Between Impact and RAW/SD I think I could cobble together a good hour long TV show that is basically Rosemary/Su Yung undercard stuff and a Daniel Bryan or Samoa Joe matches in the main event.

Hopefully nothing, since I feel the same way.

SDL is stil a chore to watch every week  with the roster they have, it really shouldn’t be this difficult to put together two hours of watchable tv once a week.  I’m not surprised the show isn’t better, but I am kinda annoyed.  Then again, lol, the show is going to be massively profitable in the coming years no matter what, so maybe they’re actually doing this right.

Finding myself in the same boat.

Lends some credibility to the idea that a wrestling show is about much more than just putting two great wrestlers in the ring and letting them go. The in ring product is repetitive due to the matches all being laid out the same way, but it's overall the best it's ever been. So why don't we care?

There has been whispers about this that WWE may be (probably won't be) considering airing the MSG house show to counter the NJPW on AXS show the same night, however.
