The Iconic Duo would have made way more sense than Sonya and Mandy who both needed another 6 months to a year of NXT tv before getting the call. Billie and Peyton wouldn't have been a perfect fit, but they already have built in chemistry as an act and as a tag team that Liv and Sarah don't. Their act is good enough to stand on its own and should. Also, wasn't Billie injured recently? Maybe they're waiting for her to get some of the rust off before debuting them post-Mania. But never is a strong word, and there is history. Frankly, I'm not sure which possibility is more cynical. Regarding Logan: It's not just that she's a relative mismatch with the Riot(t) Grrrl aesthetic, her gimmick appears a bit confused already--redneck who loves Hammerheart?--and Hillbilly Viking is kinda the Bludgeon Brothers' thing anyway.
