He was on The Middle this past week and I thought he looked like he wasn't in good health. In the episode he asked his son to leave him under a tree so he could die.

Jerry was Frankie's dad on The Middle.  Mike's dad is Hollis from Northern Exposure, John Cullum.

RIP Peter Wyngarde, age 90.

Maybe best remembered as Jason King, the writer/spy from 60s/70s ITV shows. And of course, once on DoctorWho.

Comics fans may know he was the model for the Claremont/Byrne version of Mastermind, part of the Hellfire Club.

RIP, Tinky Winky. :(

Quote

Simon Shelton Barnes died aged 52 last week, with neighbours claiming he had collapsed in the street and died of hypothermia.

Simon Shelton Barnes played the much-loved character of Tinky Winky in the Teletubbies

A resident in Ampthill told the Daily Mirror: "We don’t know many details, but we understand he collapsed in the street and possibly died of hypothermia."

He had trained as a ballet dancer and choreographer before taking on the role of the purple Teletubby known for carrying a magic bag between 1998 and 2001.

Co-star John Simmit, who appeared alongside him as green Tellytubby Dipsy, posted a picture of the actors at the height of their fame.

What a horrible way to die. :(

Mark Salling, just FYI, hung himself.

He was awaiting sentencing on child pornography charges.

Yeah - I decided to not derail the thread with.

I mean I am not sad he is gone... just noting the death of now two Glee people both through their own stupid circumstances
