Grains of salt...  But...

The local beat guys are basically saying it should happen.

Basically Cousins was going to visit his top choice first and if it went well, he was going to sign

The Vikings are his top choice

Hope Alex Smith is listening to the hatred Kirk is getting in DC now.  This is what you have to look forward to if you don't win better than Cousins and fast.   And Cousins is definitely in a win or else this year given how stacked the vikings are.

Heck - he doesn't even have to pay attention to the fans. Just look at how the organization acts.

The latest is there are multiple reports that the Skins spent the Combine taking a shit on Cousins to any of the franchises who were interested in him as a FA

Fantastic idea, let's have the Albert Haynesworth Redux. Oy vey.

That said, we had a glut at WR anyway with Edelman returning (unless Gronk retires).

Except Suh has been great, and Haynesworth was worthless.

Saints OL Zach Strief retired so of course the story is DREW BREES CRIED!!!!

Brees is a stand up guy but he cries about as much as Ric Flair (circa 013-present).  A great competitor, stand-up human being, and great athlete.

Magnum TE has been released

I would imagine with Burton moving on to Chicago, they'll eventually bring Celek back on a lower deal than he made last year

Suh remained a top five interior lineman in Miami, but there was no way any non-QB was ever going to see the end of that deal. Just way too much fucking money. But if you think he's got 2 or 3 good years left in, he's worth quite a bit still. Especially for a team that was basically one defensive stop all fucking night away from winning it all.
