This is my exact point.  I've never heard it used for anything else, or tried to be reclaimed, or as a term of endearment amongst friends.  It is only used as a slur.

Yeah, there's no context other than slur for that word.  The terms you most often think of as slurs for whites, blacks, gays, etc, ALL are sometimes used in a goofy or friendly way.  Not that one though.

For what it's worth, it appears we'll know the findings into the Meyers Leonard investigation sometime around 2027.

To be fair, as the statement says, the allegation was made 3 weeks ago so the investigation was actually really quick.

Turned out to be a spat between friends.  Rapaport apparently just didn't appreciate something Durant said though they say similar stuff to each other frequently.  Durant apologized.

And now it looks like they're no longer friends. And Durant is out $50k.

Paul Pierce made almost $250 million in the NBA... and only had two strippers. If you're going to get fired, you have to have at least five.

This is the kind of thinking that makes athletes go broke!  Two is a perfectly reasonable number of strippers to have at your home, especially in a pandemic!

TIL I learned former Pistons guard is worth $400m as the owner of a billion dollar auto parts company. He's also involved in a lawsuit because his company lost designation as a "minority" company, which could cost them billions.

I knew about the auto parts company and being absurdly rich, first I heard about this though.
