Philly crapped all over Reigns winning two years ago so why not go for cheap heat once again? Wait, three years ago because two years ago HHH won because it was best for business. Seriously, the winners have all been letdowns. Guys who the crowd is like 'we honestly don't care which title you choose.' Edit: If Cena is back full time, I pick Cena.
