Geez, college sports are way more sleazy than the pros because of shit like this. Well since Mark Emmert was told about 37 unpunished rapes at MSU shortly after taking office in 2010, I'm guessing not much. Not that it matters, Penn State got almost all of their punishments removed by basis of the fact that schools haven't given the NCAA jurisdiction over this kind of shit.
